Very professional and efficient staff from Mary, the receptionist on up through the nurses and assistants. Dr. McMurtrie is also very professional, and I feel that she genuinely cares about my health and well-being. I am following her direction, and I am happy seeing significant improvement in my health.
Dr. McMurtrie always listens and treats me with her full attention which is very much appreciated! Her staff at the Baltimore office, Tina and Mary Jane greet me with a smile and attentive care. Doctors appointments can often be a bit apprehensive; however, I feel confident in my total interactions with Dr. McMurtrie, Tina and Mary Jane!
I always feel comfortable and welcome. The staff is always pleasant. Dr. McMurtrie is always very pleasant and if I have questions she is always willing to take the time to answer my questions. It is good to feel like you and your doctor are on the same team. Shout out to Dr. Richmond for sending me to Dr. McMcMurtrie.
McMurtrie is awesome. She listens when you talk and makes sure you have no further questions before you leave. She would be my first choice of a primary care doc if I needed a new one and she wasn't a specialist.
