Service was excellent. Kitchen staff was fantastic. Oscar made us the best Omelettes ever and Elizabeth has the best welcoming Vibes in addition to her service

Breakfast was amazing Oscar was a great chef. And Elizabeth was very tentative amazing staff and great place to stay here in Austin. PS the open bar was my wife’s favorite!

Karen & Liz were very nice and made our evening receptions fun. They not only made great drink suggestions, but they also made delicious NA drinks for the kids.

Elizabeth and Oscar at breakfast were awesome! The hotel though leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms need a steam cleaner to clean the decades of dirt. Everything was brown and the carpet and sofas were filthy. I was afraid to have my kids crawl or touch the ground.

The service of Elizabeth and Oscar from the breakfast is great always very kind and excellent service!

Karen and Liz are the ultimate professionals. They were friendly and respectful. Excellent customer service.

Warm breakfast. Starbucks regular coffee. Lady Elizabeth very helpful during breakfast. Karen at the kitchen makes delicious omelette and hotcakes.

Great check in experience with Tasha and a nice vibe with the place. The room was larger than expected with everything you could need from a hotel.

Best breakfast especially chef Oscar made best eggs and pan cakes, omelette s and more. Daily social is an icing on the cake. Jacuzzi and pool is great. Very friendly staff everyone

This place is amazing, in spite of its need for some renovation! My husband and I have enjoyed this place twice now and have been treated with the utmost respect and hospitality. The following staff members are to be commended HIGHLY for their consistent hospitality, diligence, work ethic, friendliness, and professionalism:
Sofia—While serving at the front desk, she has gone above and beyond (on the phone prior to our arrival, as well as in person during our stay)... Helping us secure the best and most appropriate room. Her positive demeanor and genuine compassion shine through every time she opens her mouth to accomodate with the greatest respect and fortitude. She’s done so much in the two times we’ve stayed that I couldn’t possible write everything. Sofia is simply exceptional in every way! She even welcomed me by my proper name (this most recent visit) after recalling part of it and piecing things together (after several months of us not having visited the hotel). She is most impressive! ️ Sofia is a true model for many others... Really wish others were like her!

Elizabeth—On our first visit (Oct 6), she was working the evening “Happy Hour” reception ensuring all food/snacks were served and replenished, as well as clean up of all tables, etc were handled. This second visit, Elizabeth greeted us and stated she remembered our previous visit in which we were accompanied by two additional family members. She, too, has been consistently friendly, hospitable, diligent, professional, and genuine in doing her job at the hotel... All while truly going above and beyond her realm of responsibility. Another lady who’s most deserving of whatever wage increase and/or bonuses she can possibly be given by the company. ️

Tasha—While serving at the front desk early morning today (5: 18 AM), I phoned after my husband woke me to inform me of a major mishap in the bathroom. She was genuinely quick with empathy, apologizing for any inconvenience and problems. Tasha expeditiously acted (with my input) to provide us with another comparable room, and ensured we had whatever we needed to continue with a most comfortable stay. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to trouble shoot and handle the situation accordingly and most professionally. What a lady, and such a BIG heart and HUGE work ethic! ️ Wish there were more people like Tasha!

Rooms are starting to look worn- hot water isn't hot in shower and it drips when turned off. Breakfast cooked to order is excellent. Quiet space, large rooms. Good value

Karen is the best bartender and chef and is the main reason we like to stay at Embassy Suites. She always has a smile on her face and delivers exemplary service whether behind the bar or when she is running the kitchen. She makes an amazing margarita from scratch as well as awesome omelets for us in the am!

Great staff at front desk, bar, breakfast area. Very polite, accommodating and feel valued. Rooms are very average and old fashioned. Hotel maintained well.
