This hotel reminded me one of my favorite movies "Spirited away" because of it exterior. It was interesting to stay in Embassy hotel like this however, inside it has pretty common design. Personnel, service, breakfast ets, everything was good and meet expectations. The only thing is that rooms need some renovation. Unfortunately, this became a weakness for most of my beloved Embassy Suits chain.

My husband and I brought the granddaughters for fall break. We always stay at Embassy suites and have stayed here a few times in the past. This hotel needs to be updated but, we enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and roomy for 4 of us and the kids enjoyed the pool and it was clean. The hot tub was not working properly so that was disappointing. The breakfast was great and overall very friendly staff and nice stay.

Rooms are old and dated. There are some upgrades but the hotel room was not comfortable. The restaurants in the hotel are clean and tasty. The ladies at the front desk were nice.

Hotel was great, but the 5 star component of the stay way Mo and his staff in the food and group services. They went the extra mile to take care of our 300+ group of High School Band students, staff and parents.

Air Conditioner didn't work properly in any of the 3 rooms I stayed in, large rooms, no excellent views.

Location was right near the airport and they have a free shuttle with friendly service. The staff was clearly there to make sure we all had what we needed and enjoyed our stay. The service was wonderful. The room was comfortable and pretty big, but could have used a bit more of a detailed cleaning as there were spots on the walls and the bathroom shower had a piece of some kind of paper stuck to the wall. Overall, however, it was a great stay and experience.

Hotel staff is great. Bar staff is great. Breakfast was great.
Do not park on the left side of the building. Car will be stolen or you will have your catalytic converter cut off. There is a muffler shop that will get you in and out in 2 hours. Catalytic converter cost $1,300. Will not stay in this area again, unfortunately.

I seen that you were sorry and I understand that. But this is not the first time this has happened at your location. People get their car stole their catalytic converter stole. And y’all do nothing about it you just say I’m sorry you need to get the crime around your hotel down, or you’re gonna start losing more business.

I have stayed there about five or six times four or five years ago, it is beautiful with its internal patio, fountains and lagoons with Koi fish, the location is very convenient, the breakfast exquisite, the happy hours in the afternoons are excellent, the Perfect service and comfortable and beautiful rooms, the parking lot is very large and with good access to all the roads that surround it.

As a Hilton diamond member, my favorite hotel is the Embassy Suites. This location is perfect, near the airport. There are a few things they have to work on.

#1 shuttle to the airport is only at the top of the hour. (what?) I would think considering all the business they attract, they can run more than once per hour. It's a simple convenience for your customers.

The staff was excellent at the "social/ happy hour"

There are small things that MUST be attended to if you want to charge hefty nightly fees.

Vent is clogged with dust.

Room windows- have zero views, need replaced.

Missing tub stopper

Rust on silver amenities.

I stayed here as a gold member for my daughter's birthday. This hotel is not great. We were placed right by the elevator which was loud since the walls are thin. Not only that our neighbors were very loud at around midnight. I had to call twice to get them to be quiet. I know that isn't their fault but there was hardly anyone staying at the hotel that night. I don't understand why we weren't more spaced out to prevent that from happening. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor's conversations. The pool was very dirty and too cold. The hot tub was not hot and was also dirty. The pillows were clumpy they seemed to be old. The shower curtain was dirty. The sheets had stains on them. The AC read 65 and we couldn't make it cooler. It was hot in the room and didn't cool until overnight. $10 for parking and the hotel isn't even located downtown? The only positives were the breakfast and the front desk staff was nice. Staff texted me what they could do to make it up to me I asked for some type of refund and they said they would pass that to a manager. No one has contacted me for more than a week. This hotel was defiantly not worth $160/night.

We stayed at this hotel 9/15-/23-9/19/23 and I will not be staying at this location again. First of all the rooms sure could use some updating, the furniture is old, some of the wall outlets was loose, headboard was peeling, but that wasn't the worst. The service was poor. Water from ceiling leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. We went downstairs to report it to the front desk and was told someone will be up shortly. Maintenance came to fix the problem and they called the front desk to have housekeeping clean the bathroom We went out to dinner and shopping and only to return 4 hours and no one hadn't cleaned our room. I went to the front desk again, we waited, no housekeeping. I used the towels to get the water off the floor and when I went back down to the front desk to get towels, she asked me how many towels do I need as if they was counting the towels. The 3rd night we had a leak again and they asked if we wanted to switch our room to 2 queen beds and we were staying in a king bed. If I wanted 2 queen bed then I would have booked that and it would have been a inconvenience to repack and move to another room. I thought the problem was fixed the first time. Finally talked to a manager and because we booked through a 3rd party, he said he couldn't do a price adjustment but was going to apply points to our Hilton account. Well you know how that went right, the same as their service, said they would do something and it didn't get done. No points!

I usually stay at Embassy Suites when traveling with my family because of the space and the kids love it. My friend and I were out of town for a concert and when we travel for events, we usually stay at Embassy as well. Let me say that this was the absolute worst Embassy we’ve ever stepped foot in. Our whole experience shifted because of this place. I called to ask for toilet paper which we never got it. We just happened to walk by a cart when leaving for lunch and grabbed some toilet paper for the room. The body shower was empty. I soaked the floor because I refused to touch that shower curtain. The ceiling was disgusting and peeling and the shower and sinks weren’t draining. Also, no tissue paper. I’m not even sure these people came in to reset the room before we got there. I let the staff know via the text message they sent. They asked “what can we do? ” As if it’s my job to tell them to provide us with the things we paid for, change our room so that we could have a cleaner more functional bathroom OR give me my damn money back and we would’ve left to book elsewhere. I have everything I wrote here in a message to someone name “Elena” who texted to see how we were enjoying the stay.

The room was hot as ever at night…it said 66 but there was no way that place was 66

I’m really not sure about ever staying at another embassy again.

Hotel food was trash.
The breakfast is NOT like regular Embassy breakfast.

We were just disgusted and disappointed. They didn’t care to help at all!

Hose keeping didn’t come in either of the days to do what housekeeping does but I found it pretty interesting that they came into the room with a DND sign on the morning of checkout at 10: 40 when check out is 11. They were asking when I was leaving and I don’t understand why because it isn’t like they were coming to actually clean and reset the room.

Also the pool looked so scummy and gross so that too wasn’t even an option. Get rid of the whole building and their staff who ignored everything. I’m definitely reaching out to Hilton directly because they need to know how this hotel is functioning under their brand.

Cockroach the size of your thumb, my son chased this roach around the room for 10 minutes. Squished it and put in a glass cup to show the front desk, we did this because any asistance or issues we had prior to the roach was ignored.
Now at the front desk, I was met with a woman that was more upset that the roach was in a cup, that she now had to toss. Nonetheless i was given another room pretty quickly. I assure you that the roaches are crawling on all the cups in your room.

Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, location was great for where I needed to be, on site restaurant, shuttle to airport, and nightly happy hour. This is my go to place while in town on business. Only down side is I could not get the complimentary Wi-Fi to work but will not deter me from staying again.
