Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Downtown

Very disappointing experience especially as a Diamond Member. Had to move rooms late at night due to no heat. Didn't sleep that well due to the second room not reaching above 68 degrees. Front Desk staff was very eager to offer comforters and advised that this issue, is the hotel's number one complaint. Attempted to report the issue to management the next morning but was advised that management didn't come in until Noon. I would suggest staying at the Hilton Americas just down the street, totally different experience and better food options attached to the hotel.

Excellent attention.very clean rooms.and the restaurant is not to mention excellent the food

First of all! The Valet when arriving was very rude, would not help us with our bags. The room they put us in was dirty, carpet & furniture was stained, bathroom door was broke. The second room was not much better. Ask for coffee the next morning and the lady was insulted that I even ask a question.

The plus to staying at this Hotel is the two valet guys Saturday morning that was nice, polite and was very willing to help ladies load there bags.

We were well taken care of. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff was accommodating, particularly during the complementary Breakfast and Happy Hours. I will happily stay here, again, and will use other Embassy Suites as other events come up. Thank you!

Great location downtown Houston. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Great hot breakfast. Awesome stay in October 2021 even with on going construction next door.

Way too much for way too little. Sincerely hope the adjacent major construction is an upgrade/replacement plan.

Great hotel close to everything. John and Garland are great valets. Gigi is amazing ad a bar tender in the restaurant.

Great accommodations and staff! Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Walking distance to some great dining spots.

I came in from Austin for a concert, and stayed here. Everyone showed excellent customer service, and the hotel was luxurious!

Great place to stay.good location with great people that still honor the managers reception, not available in many places due to covid

We had a great view of downtown. The complimentary breakfast was good but our stay was not. The AC did not work in our room. We were sent a fan that was so nasty and dusty and raggedy. They should've been embarrassed to send that up to our room.

Great place. This place is amazing.
Very nice, shower door is amazing, it swings in or out and very solid.
TV in front room and one in bathroom.
Breakfast was amazing and had enough room for people to sit and was not crowed.
My only issue was the tops of the table seems sticky I'm not really sure the rags were in soap and water when they wiped them down to disinfect.

This hotel is in a good location, near Discovery Green and a number of restaurants and an upscale grocery store are nearby. Construction is going on next door which makes it hard finding the entrance. The two receptionists did not acknowledge me when I arrived and I had to wait 15 minutes even though there was only one other person checking in before me. The room rate is very reasonable given that it is a large clean room with a comfortable bed, and includes a very nice breakfast and happy hour. The hotel restaurant is well designed, spacious, with good food and nice views of downtown and far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant staff was very professional and pleasant. Heresy Restaurant is on site also and my husband and I had a great time during their happy hour. Guests 2 doors down the hall from our room partied until 3 a.m. When I kindly asked if they could keep it down, (they were partying in the hall) one guest apologized but another yelled at me.

Suite was great - had everything you needed! Staff was very friendly - Restaurant had amazing food and awesome adult beverages!

Clean rooms, good location, great overall value. I enjoy staying here during my trips to Houston.
