Embrace Medical Supply, Lubbock TX

This is the best place for medical supplies I would give them a ten. Cameron and his staff are so wonderful to work with. I have purchased a scooter, lift chairs, ramp, and scooter lift for the car. The scooter lift was delivered to the wrong place thanks to UPS. Cameron went and got the lift. The ramp and chair were delivered in a timely manner. I did not like the scooter or the original chair lift. Cameron worked with me and got the scooter and chair lift that I liked. The business is local and family owned.

I walked in with an ill fitting, soft sided knee brace that did not stay up in place or support my torn Meniscus very well. I was also limping slightly as my knee was not being supported enough. Paxton patiently helped me find the perfect knee brace! I even noticed that I was not limping as I tried it out in the store. Before I left, I mentioned that I had carpel tunnel syndrome and needed new wrist braces. Paxton eagerly fitted me with 2 amazing sleep braces. Thank you for an amazing experience, and helping me so well!

Right after walking into the shop, the manager Cameron created a hostile environment. He was so rude and made my experience so uncomfortable. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all, and wasn’t even willing to discuss my medical needs. I will not be returning and would recommend buying online before even considering his business.

Cameron was amazing. We arrived at 9: 20 but they didn’t open until 10: 00. Cameron came out of the store and told us to come on in. Amazing customer service and we bought 3 pairs of shoes. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

When I walked in Cameron greeted me right off the bat and he treated me like family when I walked into the door. This is an amazing place they do such a great job in her sensitive to their customers needs and they take care of them right away. And the one-on-one care that you can get here is absolutely outstanding I would encourage anybody who needs medical supplies. To come and check out embrace they do an outstanding job. The staff is very knowledgeable and what they're doing and they want to take care of you just like you were their family.

Great place. Great service. I had total ankle replacement and ligament with tendon reconstruction. The service and attention given to my situation was fantastic. The orthotics made my Bryston were fantastic. Made to fit any shoe. I brought the ZEBA shoe they recommended and sell with a wedge installed by embrace med and it has worked out great also Cameron sold me the new bionic ankle brace Monday and it fits great. Good stability and still have great flexibility.highly recommended these people they know what that are doing Great customer service and very friendly. Thank you

This is the first time I am to wear compression socks, Cameron was very helpful and showed me new versions of the socks. I got designer ones that are very cute, but had the same function as the original pairs. All the staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable of their product. So far the socks feel great. They also told me if I have a problem, they would make it right. I'm glad I chose them.

A big thank you to the entire staff. Everyone made me feel at ease during my visit. You were very patient with me and gave me undivided attention. You truly listened to what I had to say. And because of that you have made my day to day routine a lot easier. And that new shoe "Zeba" is amazing. Thanks for advising me on it. The entire staff was truely concerned about my issues and made me like family. I wasn't just another customer. Outstanding customer service and all were very knowledgeable. Keep doing what your doing. Other companies can learn from you. Thanks again.

Great service and the nicest people! Super accommodating and my orthopedics feel great! Highly recommend.

Worst place ever. I have a fractured left foot after having reconstructive surgery on the same foot and went to get fitted for an orthotic insert. Supposed to take two weeks. After three weeks I called and I was told that they didn't have any idea why the insert was not ready. Finally spoke to the manager who said that their equipment wasn't working and he didn't know when it would be ready. Which means that I cannot transition back to my shoes anytime soon.

Complete failure by Embrace to make the insert that I paid for the day of the fitting. Avoid this place. They will take your money and then not follow through. Good luck trying to get your money back too.
