2Really nice dental practice conveniently located. It was easy to make an appointment and I didn't have to wait long. The staff all wore masks and the dentist took her time in checking my teeth. I just changed my insurance and this will be new go-to dentist.
So I was in town for business and my jaw was giving me issues. I was afraid it was gingivitis or maybe even something worst. It was past midnight and I tried looking through dentists on yelp for emergency care that very night because I had an early meeting to go to.
Then I asked Concierge and they recommended Urbn Dental. At 4 in the morning and I decided to call them, assuming they were probably asleep but to my surprise someone picked up!
Turns out it was Dr. N who picked up, with a calm yet awake voice. I told him my issues and he said he can see me at 7am.
I left my hotel room at 630am, got there at 645 in hopes of someone being at the office. Turns our Dr. N was there and let me before 7. Walked into a beautiful yet modern office with hip music!
He did X-rays and I didn't have any issues except that it was probably TMJ. Dr. N even sent my X-rays to my dentist back in Wisconsin!
That said, THANK YOU DR. N! I really appreciate your Emergency services, care, thougthfulness and professionalism. If I ever live in Texas, I would make you my primary dentist.
