Empire Dental, San Antonio TX

My experience here was great. I had sensitivity on my lower bottom teeth and was concerned that during the cleaning I would jump or flinch due to the water pressure or pick used and voicing my concern to Juanita she proceeded with patience and attentiveness. I'm so happy that she heard my concerns and acted on them. She was also very informative and allowed me to ask questions which I appreciated. Thank you Juanita! Because of this experience, I will refer this location to my family and friends.

I chose Empire about 1.5 years ago as they are close to my home and I have had a few visits. I never have to wait long when arriving for appt. The exams and cleanings are thorough and I can tell the entire staff cares about their job. I highly recommend.

Never have I enjoyed going to the dentist. No pain at all when Dr. Lovely works on my teeth. Staff are ALL nice, welcoming and on top of everything.

The Supporting staff was great, the office manager, the Cleaning tech, and everyone there that I met was exceptional. My problem started when a General Dentist by the name of Erica Lovell began working at the office.
To make a long story short, today I ended a Four-month-long journey to just get a small upper partial build. After repeated statements that the device was not fitting properly, were ignored, and being told my concerns were not valid, this dentist gave me the address of another dentist's office to go to to get the work done.
Which was fine with me, however, I believe there should have been some sort of intervention by upper management during the prior four months when I was expressing my unhappiness with what I was receiving.
At age 75, I have had several partials made for me, this has been the worst experience I have ever endured.

Seen in timely manner; excellent service; friendly staff and highly recommend Empire Dental.

This dentist came highly recommended by a friend of mine so I scheduled an appointment. They rescheduled my appointment twice on the morning of, and then the third time, they texted me the night before my appointment to cancel and never contacted me to reschedule. I’m sticking to my old dentist in round rock. The reliability and organization is worth the drive.

Staff is kind and professional and very helpful. Hygienist is gentle and thorough. Dentist is very good at explainingvand taking fears and monetary concerns into consideration when coming up with on-going plans.

I loved it! The receptionist was lovely and so kind. The dental assistant was also very kind and gentle. The dentist was funny, sweet, and detail-oriented. This is a great dental office!

Update: I went back and got my teeth whitened and a few days later they called to check on me and make sure I was doing well and that I was happy with my results. They are very generous and caring.

Great place for your dental needs. Very friendly and experienced workers with an inviting atmosphere. Recommend highly.
