Empire Limo & Party Bus, El Paso TX

This guy was hired for my daughter's 15ñera on Saturday. I rented a part bus for 2 hours from 4: 30 to 6: 30. Right at 4 o'clock he calls and tells me party bus broke down, so he won't make it for the kids. I had the whole court at the house waiting for him. The girls had pictures at 5: 30 at the park. So I was so upset I told him to please figure it out. He said he would call me in 20 min. 30 min later I called him back. He said he was able to get a regular limo not a party bus. But he was coming from Anthony. I was in horizon. Long story short he showed up to the house at 5: 16.kids had 15 min to get to park. Limo had no AC, windows weren't going down, radio glitched, waters were hot! They got to photo shoot dehydrated.that's not it.this guy dropped everyone off, and left. I call him he said he had something to do that he was on his way back.shoot was done. REY was nowhere to be found. I called him. Girls waited to be picked up for over 30 minutes in the hot sun. He got there at about 6: 30 reception was at 7! Kids had no time to go anywhere! The hall was down the street from the shoot. So he only offered about 30 minutes of hideous service. Ruined my daughter's experience. He promised a refund now he is not answering. He blocked me.

Do not hire this service. Guy is a liar and buses have no A/C. He will leave event without notice. He has many prior complaints.

Trash company, they don't honor their commitment to service you. Rey, the owner, won't answer calls with customer concerns, he would rather block your phone instead of solving the Issue.but he's good at taking your money. Dishonorable Person period. Don't use this company unless you want problems.

Doesn't do what he says! Worst service ever! Blocks yoh when you ask for refund

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! This man's time is limited. Dozens of people are filing cases for deceptive business practices and theft of services. He has been booked on these same charges before. The police better get to him first before these angry El Pasoans do!

Highly recommend Empire Limo. They have great prices and great service. Fantastic experience, professional driver, and owner. We had a blast! Ask for Rey, he is an awesome person.
