Did a warranty repair on my riding mower. Only issue was one hundred deposit on a warranty repair and a $60.00 pick up and delivery fee for and eight mile round trip

The help was immediate and everyone was friendly. I love going in to this place for my bulbs, seed and my new purchased gas Echo Weed Trimmer

Staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help. Brands are a little more expensive but great quality and they can repair all.

My husband and my brother in-law went to this store for the first time looking for a lawnmower zero turn belt. They made three trips to the store including bringing in the machine's serial number, and were still given the wrong belt. What made matters worse, they were never given a receipt, and never got their full reimbursement for the items they returned. The cashier was as incompetent as can be, and when I called to speak to the manager, he was bothered.
How do you run a business without accountability of what your employees do and how they treat your customers?

A staple of bell county. They have it witl lawn care pro or do it yourself some times seams to b out of wat i need in small parts they have nice stuf. Tho seckond to none dont know wat or were to go with out them good place

Terrible customer service! I dropped off my lawnmower on 07/21/2020 (put a $40 down deposit) for a maintenence service and was told it would take 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. After 3 weeks with no call or update I called and they still had no update but told me it was in the back getting looked at. On 08/17/2020 (4 weeks after dropping it off) I went in to the store to see what was going on and they still didn't have an update for me. After complaining, they finally went to the back and checked on the status and told me that they haven't even looked at it yet.

Dropped off Craftsman chainsaw runs but need carburetor rebuild employee says 40 buc deposit to begin service. After 2 weeks they call to say sawis ready. I get there I owe 3 bucs & saw not fixed. Mularkey

A locally-ownedhome and garden supply store like they used to be. Like stepping back in time 40 years, but with very helpful and knowledgeable people. Feed, seed, plants, lawn equipment repair.

Always friendly and helpful with what we are looking for. They know their products and stock available. They’re still not letting people in the store due to Covid 19 but are still open and greet you at the door to help you with what you need.

Empire Seed is excellent at all they do. I have been getting my mower, tiller, leaf blower, etc.repaired there for decades. They may not be as cheap or quick as some, but they always do a great job and offer advice when needed. They have a great selection of high quality equipment, seeds, etc.for sale as well. Excellent customer service. I've always had a wonderful experience there. They will do you right.

Them old famers know what you need and the help and time they take in customer service is A+, PARTS AND SERVICE, my chain saw needed help cutting a 70 or maybe 100 old petrified tree stump previous home owners couldn't get out down to the earth level old farmer said bring your saw in let's get the right chain, looked at it for free, something simple but we'll needed, that chain went thru it like a beaver on a early Saturday morning floating on his back on the Brazos river smoking a cigar smiling.thank you the backyard looks great with that stump gone thank you sir.
