We have lived here about 2 years and have not seen much improvement. The grass and grounds are continually unmantained. The grass needs to be better maintained for people with pets, as we are required to pay a pet deposit, we should have safe areas to walk them. Two swimming pool that cannot be accessed. A workout room that is in unusable/ locked, because it is being used store extra paint. We have to go inside and get a person to unlock it so we can refill our laundry card. (So If you do laundry at random hours, keep your card loaded) Inconvenience is a major problem here. Lack of communication as to what is going on and when. I suggest a monthly letter just so we are all on the same page. I understand it's all new people and owner, etc. And we have been very patient and have been seeing some outside work done. We reported a roach problem and didn't get the bug man for 2 weeks and he recommended to fog the apartment and he told the office and nothing has been done. We still have roaches and we keep our place clean. Infestation is absolutely unacceptable. We never had bugs until about 2 months ago and they just suddenly appeared. We have honestly been researching other places to move, but we really want to be patient and understanding. With the amount of money we spend on rent here, we should be comfortable and have access to the pool and workout room. We have spoken to staff numerous times about the pool especially, as my mom has arthritis and can benefit from water excercise, but to no avail. I'm not posting this review to push away anyone, I'm posting it as a cry for help in hopes that it will make some much needed and deserved improvements. Please don't respond with the copy and paste answer. We are all human and deserve the proper communication as such. Please open the pools and workout rooms. It will also create a more homely environment when tenants are socializing with one another. Thank you and God bless you all.

They have 2 swimming pools and a workout room but neither of them are available for use. This has been an issue for the past 3 years. They make excuses about everything and constantly say that they will have them ready soon, but soon hasn't come. If you want to swing, or exercise I wouldn't rent here.

I filled out an application at the enclave at city view apartment. I called and left a message to see if I needed to send anything else. No one called me back I called again the next day. The lady who answered sounded irritated I called. She said the property was sold and asked my move date and then stated there was nothing they could do for me my phone died and tried calling back to verify info she gave was what I had heard and no response. Calle the offsite team she acted like she knew nothing about the property being sold the day before and said she couldn’t help me either. So I’m not going to say I would recommend this place to anyone

Lauryn was amazing help. I had little time to make a move and gave her little notice. They moved me right in and Lauryn was always responsive and available to contact via email. Made my transition stress free!

I have lived here a short time and I really enjoy my apartment it is really nice on the inside. I also can say I really appreciate the Manager Sherry, anytime I have an issue she has been prompt and professional in helping resolve. I do not have any looming maintenance issues and the few I have had were addressed promptly. I am a tough crowd so if I give a five star review it has been properly earned.

We have lived here for little over 4 years now. Stephanie and Paxton were the front desk ladies when we did our lease and they were just amazing! With tons of things changing I believe I’ve spoken to 5 different people in the front, because I would ask for the past person I had spoke to and then that’s when they would inform me that they no longer worked there. So our mail box has been broken for a few weeks now which I already know that office has no control over that. Totally get it. I call to ask to see if they know anything. With a 2 yr old, a pandemic, and the weather. I try to totally avoid it at all costs. So when a person named Lauren in the office comes across with a rude/giggle attitude towards me with asking if she knew anything about an update of the mail boxes, she just completely sounded like i ruined her day with my phone call/one simple question. With packages having to be left at front door and no knock from the delivery person, it’s now having package thieves in the building which I have seen being done right in front of my door. Honestly, it just sucks. Other than that, we have always liked living here and always loved the area.

I’m currently a resident cutting my lease, The current management are HORRIBLE at communicating! They NEVER answer the phone, they don’t respond to emails they don’t call back. So unprofessional and so annoying!

Their nice an kind until you actually move in. I’ve been living here about 5 months now. I’ve had problems with my air not working an had to wait 3 weeks just to get fixed. My dishwasher stopped working I called to get it fixed they came in about 2 1/2 weeks an so called “fixed it” and it was broke the next day. They do not answer the phone at all. The staff have horrible attitudes if you have questions. I hate it personally. Once my lease is up I will curse everybody in the office out.

I had 2 units at this property and had an overall pleasant experience. The office staff at the time was super helpful and had no problem handling any concerns that had surfaced. To name a few of my favorite parts of having lived here, I had ZERO bug problems in either unit, so I never had to call in exterminators. My air conditioner NEVER broke or went out, I never had a leak.and there are some really friendly people here. Also, it’s peaceful. I left prior properties that I had such high hopes for, given there is a huge otherness between hopes and results. Enclave delivered on all that they said they would. Thank you all for being of service and maintaining such quality for my time there.

I wanted to wait a while till I made a review so far I’ve been living here for 6 months and I’m very comfortable at these apartments. My main concern was a safe place for my kids, I’ve had some minor issues but maintenance worked on it quickly. Staff and neighbors are really sweet.

Make sure when you move out that you don’t leave your spectrum stuff in your apartment even if the people in the office tell you to and say it’s “OK” because it’s clearly NOT. As I have now found out, and now owe spectrum money despite not even living there anymore. Ridiculous to be told this and now have to pay for it because of the offices incompetence.

It's a good place to call home. I've been here 3 year's and hardly any problems. Just had to tell neighbors to keep the noise level down at night, but that's really it. Staff is nice, and they really try to keep their tenants happy. The maintenance try to fix things within your apartment pretty quickly.

I didn’t lease from here but I was in the market for potentially leasing from them. The office staff was extremely amazing. Leslie tried her hardest to help me through all of my leasing questions and all the crazy chaos that I was going through. I’ve been to numerous complex before but I’ve never had such an amazing experience with a leasing agent as her. If you need help with leasing I would recommend them 100%. Thank you again Leslie for your beautiful and welcoming spirit.

I really enjoyed the professionalism of the leasing agents. I am really impressed with Lauryn and Leslie was very helpful as well. I feel Lauryn really went out the way to listen and accommodate! I am getting good vibes about this location.finally moved in and Lauryn is still going above and beyond. This woman is a real asset in my time of need!
Edit! I had a few maintenance issues and they were addressed promptly. I knew I had a good feeling about this property.

My son has had zero air conditioning since he moved in two weeks ago. No answer from the office via email or phone. If you can live in Texas with zero air then this is the place for you.

Fees fees fees! I wouldn't have an issue paying the fee for pest control if pest control actually did their job. I'm being charged 10 dollars a month for pest control. I make a call to the office to have pest control cometcome my apartment about nats and bugs, yesterday. Pest control comes out every Tuesday. Today is Tuesday, I get home from work, nats still flying all over the place and no note from the pest control. Lady at the office says she doesn't know why my apartment was skipped. Now I have to wait another week before anyone comes back out. Oh but they definitely got their money from me. This is so unacceptable! All these damn fees and I can't get the service I'm paying for. Edit: After a great deal of back and forth the Enclave at Cityview management has done a fine job handling my concerns over the last couple of days really going out of their way. Honestly after last week I had no desire to communicate with let alone move into the Enclave at Cityview but after speaking with Brittany, taking a virtual tour and even a personal walk through I will be moving in by the end of the month. We will see how it goes!

Here is my experience with the Enclave at Cityview. I was really excited to find this complex. It was right down the street from where my son lives with his mom and the complex seemed like a good value. I was eager to find out more and if the apartments were decent I was prepared to move in asap. There was just one problem.

Monday July 13th, call #1 not returned
Tuesday July 14th, call #2 not returned
Wednesday July 15, did not show up for virtual tour and call #3 not returned
Thursday July 16th, call #4 not returned
Friday July 17th, did not show up for virtual tour

Obviously at this point there is more than an established pattern. If this is how they treat perspective residents trying to give them money how do you think they are going to treat residents when they are taking their money.

To be fair I know nothing about the condition of the complex, the grounds, the amenities or the apartment of course I dont know about these things because they never bothered to show up for the tours I scheduled even though they sent me texts and emails reminding me of my appointment so they clearly knew about them because they were very clear I was to let them know if I needed to cancel. Too bad they couldn't extend me the same courtesy.

It seems the only reply from management are for the 5 star reviews. I guess its easy to respond to praise and even easier to not respond at all to negatives.

At first I wasn’t sure if this was the place I wanted to call home but once I met Cristina one of the leasing agents that works at the Enclaves.she made me feel at home, she was very efficient and she made sure everything was as I wanted and I really do appreciated that as well as management for coming to check on me when I wasn’t satisfied
