Location is fantastic, apartments are pretty good. Management however, is very unresponsive if you have an actual issue, they will even ignore you. If they promise any sort of promotions for signing a lease, don't trust that it's real. I've had issues receiving mine and the office simply won't communicate with me. Highly reccomend you go to one of the other hometown apartment complexes, simply can't be worse than here.

You can find much nicer and newer apartments for the same price, just do a little research. Entire complex is outdated, apartments and amenities. The hallways are disgusting and the key code boxes outside of the apartment buildings don't work, so your building is actually unlocked 24 hours a day. The people in the front office don't communicate with one another, so you can almost guarantee that if you talk with one person on a specific situation, you will have to do the same with at LEAST one other person in the office.and you still may not get your situation handled. There is NO PARKING! After about 7pm, the parking lot is abysmal, and their solution to this is to park your car at Birdville High School overnight. My time here wasn't terrible, but for what you get and especially the customer service, it is NOT worth it. Best part about this place was the maintenance team, very sweet and prompt.

Living in these apartments has been an absolute delight, and I can't help but sing praises for the wonderful experience. From the moment we stepped in, it felt like more than just a place to reside; it was a community that embraced us with open arms. The cozy interiors, thoughtful amenities, and the friendly neighborhood created an ambiance that quickly became our haven. Every corner seemed to whisper stories of comfort and happiness.

We cherished the spacious rooms, the well-designed living spaces, and the attention to detail that made this more than just a living space—it became our home. The memories we've woven into the fabric of these walls are priceless. From impromptu gatherings to quiet evenings, this place has been witness to the full spectrum of our lives.

Kudos to the management for fostering an environment that goes beyond mere accommodation; it's a place where memories are made, friendships blossom, and where the essence of 'home' truly comes alive. Living here has been a chapter of our lives that we'll fondly revisit with a grateful heart.

I began renting at Enclave in 2017 in a one bedroom, one bath. As I have seen reported in other posts, there have been management adjustments; Greystar is currently operating the property. The front desk has had some growing pains but has seemed to have worked through it for the most part. In my experience as of late they have been polite, respectful, helpful and maintenance does the best that they can to fix any reports.

This being said, we just recently moved buildings at Enclave to a 3 bedroom and have had various maintenance issues at seemingly every turn. The unit was cleaned for us; however, the buildings age/unit issues have so far been quite apparent. The master bedroom, even with blackout curtains, is warm during the day and the room struggles to cool or circulate air well. The ceiling fan was out in one bedroom and had to be replaced. The shower in the primary bath had so much hard-water buildup that we needed to get up nearly 30 minutes early for work in order to shower because the water pressure was so weak. The garbage disposal had glass in it and needed cleaning/ replacing. The oven reads “preheat” for over 30 minutes: we were able to get it to work by flipping its breaker one night but since that night it will only read to be preheating again. Parking is as described in other posts but we do have a garage so I would say that if you do plan to rent here (it is in a great location) you should factor in a garage into your budget. The office and maintenance do their best to help when we have approached them and have come to fix what we have reported to need fixing, but it has been emotionally trying to run into so many issues seemingly nonstop upon move-in after deciding to stay on property, renew lease, and “upgrade”.

We have lived her since August of 2019 and are extremely happy to call it our home. Maintenance is amazing and very helpful with any concern that you have. Office management stays on top of the issues and gets back with you very quickly whether it’s via phone or email. The property is maintained nicely. The location is the best very close to the hockey rink and in a good school district.

Idea location, nice complex. Only one complaint, the valet trash.other than that, we feel we made a good choice with this complex.

They play games with your monthly rent. Hallways smell like a gas station rest room and urinal cakes management has no respect neither does staff. Rent at your own risk.

Great place to live if you want to overpay and have nowhere to park. Waiting list for assigned parking spot or garage is long, and the unpaid parking is full by 8pm everyday.

For the price, you can do better. The bad reviews are all accurate. With that in mind, run as fast as you can away from this dump!

I have lived at this complex since August 2022. At the beginning there were multiple “unit inspections” and random instances where the staff needed to enter your apartment. There have been 3 in the last 7 months I’ve lived here. I Can contact maintenance if I have an issue, I don’t want them coming in my space unannounced. Upon asking what day my building would be inspected I was never given an answer “maybe today, maybe tomorrow”. At the beginning of the year the towing company changed and I had registered my car to my unit. On the lease application I had to put my vehicle information. There is absolutely no where to park so as a result I bought a parking space for $20 a month in which we were only given ONE sticker for one car. I share the one bedroom with my boyfriend and we are only allowed one sticker per car. Ridiculous. Moving forward, my car was TOWED in which the staff told me to take it up with the towing company. We asked to speak to the property manager which never got back to us. We will not be resigning here. Do not let the nice brick work fool you.

Lived here with my mom for a while.amazing area, amazing apartment, amazing view.everything about this place is and looks great! Even has a walking/biking trail with a custom wooden AND lit bridge, stream that you can watch the turtles swim and sleep in, and there are so many things in the area worth doing that are so close! Very good environment.

It’s been 5 years of living here. 2018 enclave was much different than now. It’s becoming rundown. I definitely would not recommend moving here at all. I have reserved parking, but what’s the point when unsavory riff raff that moves in here steals my spot and the apartments towing company does d1ck about it. This has happened 3 times in less than a year. Not worth the $1500 a month I pay for a one bedroom. Run. And run as fast as you can. I will not be renewing my lease.

Extremely poor management and communication skills. I had an appointment to view a specific Floorplan. After driving an hour in the rain to view the property, I was told it was unable to be viewed. No one called me or communicated this. This property and management is incompetent.
