Enclave on Golden Triangle Apartments, Fort Worth TX

I thoroughly enjoy living here, the office staff are extremely nice specifically Corinne, she is always willing to address any issues and provide clear communication with anything going on and super friendly. I appreciate Hollys help as well. She went out of her way to fix my garage opener to help me get back into my unit. The complex is kept clean, trash picked up and most importantly the gates works. Anytime I have a maintenance order they come the next day and fix whatever issues I have. I will continue to renew my lease here it is a great place to live!

Very nice, quiet, organized and clean place.
Mgmt are great, they care about every single detail, excellent community and great neighbors, we really feel lucky to be here

Spiders, ants, incredibly loud neighbors they will do nothing about. (Even after police visit them multiple times, multiple calls from multiple neighbors too)

Trash stacked up by the dumpster, dog waste everywhere

Forced community internet that you'll pay for even if you want better service/a better router

They will charge you for a full paint to take your deposit if you stay under two years.

Maintenance and the office is cool though

I lived in Enclave on Golden Triangle apartments a couple of years ago and just moved back.
I love my three bedroom with a two car garage. There is not one underneath me and no one above me. I share a wall with the other neighbors and can occasionally hear them, but that is to be expected in apartment living.
The maintenance men are quick and efficient. My work orders have been taken care of in less than a day. They even sent someone on the weekend to take care of me.:)
Corinne the manager is friendly and is ALWAYS very helpful when I stop by the office.

The place is good for families, and working professionals. All the staffs are prompt and welcoming. -1* as they have few designated guest parking which can get filled pretty quickly.

My son and I have had a great experience living at Enclave on Golden Triangle. The staff are friendly, helpful, and hard working. Any maintenance issues is quickly and thoroughly addressed to ensure that we have an optimal living environment. We couldn’t be happier with our accommodations! I would strongly recommend this properties to anyone who is looking to relocate.

I called to inquire about the apartments here. Instead of answering simple questions and providing customer service (which I'm sure they're getting paid for, why else would they be there?), they just kept responding, "you can find that on the website. "
If I can't even get simple questions answered, how would customer service be after I moved in if I were to? That alone deterred me from this complex.

The staff is friendly and relatively attentive, but make sure you address any and all problems with your unit. Unfortunately, you can count on having issues, but it is up to you to voice it. Floors and walls are thin, so noise EASILY travels. Rent is affordable for these days, but we will be looking elsewhere after the lease is up.

Nice place. I have had 2 children live there at different times and it was great both times.

Had a large piece of furniture to move. He stopped his cart and offered to help while welcoming us. That was huge!
