Brenda is the best. I will make a trip from Amarillo to Lubbock to get my boys and I hair cuts. I recommend Brenda great stylist and she is a hoot!

The facility is clean, nice, and each barber has their own room giving you privacy. I recommend Joe. He's been cutting my hair for years and I will continue to use him.

I had asked for a suggestion, since my hair color continues to wash out of my hair after 3 weeks of getting in done, any hair stylist would have offered help on fixing, this is her response: any kind of shampoo you buy at a grocery store/drug store doesn't have the proper ph balance for color treated hair. You have to use a professional shampoo for color treated hair.
So your hair looked beautiful when you left. I used a very expensive brand that doesn't fade on anyone else! I am sorry this happened to you! But what you do to it after you leave-I am not responsible for! I am also not responsible for what was done to your hair before you came to me!

Loved it! They scheduled an appt for me the day before I needed to get it cut with Tiffani. She was so sweet!

Love the people there they always help out one another which is a true act of kindness. The people who work here are kind and generous to one another! I love this salon with all my heart!

I have extremely thick hair and I'm sure it's difficult to work with but regardless, Emily has been cutting my hair for nearly 2 years now. I don't know much about the other hair stylest, but I have no complaints.

I love this place! It's hard to find a good stylist you can trust. My stylist Tiffany Martinez, is very easy to work with, sweet, sweet personality and really knows her up to date color/ cut and NOW Mermaid hair extensions!

I was recommended by a coworker to get my hair done by Tiffany. She was really nice but her services was not at all wonderful. Before I got my hair done by her, my hair was a 2 colored brassy brown blonde with blonde strands in parts of my hair (it was a hot mess because I did it myself as a last resort and I didn’t even know what I was doing) anyway, I asked her I wanted one color all over; the same color as one of my blonde strands. The whole time she was doing my hair, I was feeling excited because 1. My hair was going to be fixed.and 2. It’s going to the right blonde I wanted. When it was time to see the finished results, I was both relieved and upset at the same time. I was relieved because my hair was finally one color all over and upset because it wasn’t blonde like I hoped it would be. It was freaking brown. I told her I wanted it to be lighter and her response was that the brown was going to fade and that I should come back next time to get it lightened. After a day or two, I texted her because I just couldn’t get passed my hair being brown and asked her to fix it. She apologized and asked me to come in on a Wednesday. She was suppose to tell me what time after she got back to her studio but she never told me anything. So Tuesday came around and I asked her what time should I come in on Wednesday and she never replied. I could have bother more but after her no replies, I just felt that if I went back in to redo my hair, it would’ve came out a disappointment again due to her being annoyed with me. (who knows) She definitely lost a client. I still can’t believe I paid $135 for a color I could’ve done myself using box dye.

Cindy is incredible! From doing my makeup to color correction and balayage, I'm never disappointed when I visit her. I highly recommend visiting Cindy at Encore Salon. Her prices are super reasonable and she puts a lot of time and effort into the client.

I have been going here for years thanks to Brittany's excellent services! Always does an amazing job!
