Love love love my windows. We got the triple pain windows They add so much to the house and Rich and his team were professional all the way from
arriving on time, to installation and cleaning up.

I had builder grade windows and they couldn’t even last 3 years. Energy Window Solutions came out and you could just see the difference in product from what was installed from the sample. They helped make suggestions on what looked more pleasing to the eye (ex. Lowering the sash on the living room windows so you don’t see the bar running right through window instead it’s covered by the couch now and you get a straight view outside). Loved how fast they came in and were able to get installed before rainy season started. My only suggestion is workers could be a little more communicative on when they are going to show up or when they plan on leaving for the day. Otherwise I love my new windows and plan on ordering their doors next, so I can keep the outside where it belongs.

After Rich Ursetta’s presentation, we knew without a doubt, that we wanted to order our replacement windows and doors from Energy Window Solutions. We were even more convinced when our neighbor told us that Rich replaced his windows 17 years ago and not only is he still thrilled with his windows, they still look brand new.
Rich’s installation team is the best! They were on time, professional, courteous, efficient and did a phenomenal job of cleaning up as they worked.
We typically turn our thermostat up at night and immediately adjust it as soon as we wake up. That is no longer necessary. We wake up to a pleasant temperature throughout the house, even in this extreme heat.
We couldn’t be happier with our new triple pane windows and beautiful doors.

We purchased Rehau triple glazed PVC windows from Rich based on the product and installation. Rich was the only installer who said that his guys would take their time over 4-5 days to make sure everything was sealed up right versus the other quotes who all said that they would knock out all the windows in one day. Rich didn’t have the lowest price but when we considered the extra cost on a per windows basis for a superior product and install that would fix the problems from the first set of windows, it made sense to got with Rich. Also, other installers didn’t want to mess with our small above and beside entry door windows due to shape and size constraints. These windows are great and the guys who installed them, Kurt and Ruben, did an excellent job of making sure that they were installed correctly. They spent the time to seal them up with foam, flashing and caulk to make sure there was no water intrusion (a serious problem with out old windows) and minimal air intrusion. They also did a great job of replacing our old rotted out wood frame with hardy-board. This added to our costs but was something that we knew needed to be done anyway. Since the installation, our energy usage has been 30% less than comparable days pre-installation and our indoor humidity has gone down from 45-50% to a fairly consistent 40-41%. The temperature from room to room and spot to spot is also much more consistent so overall comfort is better. We also can hardly hear any exterior noises anymore. We are very happy and would highly recommend Energy Window Solutions to anyone wanting a superior product and install for a reasonable price.

We purchased triple pane windows and LOVE them! We actually got 3 bids and so happy we chose these! Better quality at a better price! Love all our windows! Especially our roll out kitchen window! Richard is the best and the installation was the best ever! Measured for a tight fit!
