5 Wife had a broken neck.asked P/T lady don’t mess with neck.she said I won’t but by putting pressure on head it will help your wife!
Next thing we know she twisted her neck after we asked her not to.caused my wife great pain for weeks.
On top of that talked to head lady to tell her what happened and she panicked and sends a lady from a State agency and filed a case against us like we were lying or did something wrong!
After talking to State lady she closed the case!
Management is a joke. P/T overstepped their bounds and we’ll never use these folks or recommend these folks to anybody.
On top of that never ever got a call from anybody there to see how my wife was doing after this complaint!
Bottom line.after the $$$…no follow up with patient.poor poor Management!
I've had the BEST experience with Encompass Health from the wonderful & caring nurses, to PT and OT! I look forward to their visits, it's like having a GF stopping by. All of them are very knowledgeable andprovide me with many tips on recovering from my stroke I highly recommend Encompass Health for your home health needs!
Took amazing care of my grandmother. She was on Hospice home care for 5 months before she passed and she kept telling me that this is the best care she has ever received. They took such great care of her and her husband and daughters as well. Encompass Hospice truly cares about its clients. I can’t thank the nurses enough for the care they have her.
Hats off to one of your nurses that stopped and rendered aid at the scene of a major accident just north of Panhandle yesterday. In a dust storm with zero visibility she summoned first responders; provided aid to the injured; and shelter in her car to those being pelted by sand and rocks carried by sustained 65 mph winds. I didn’t get the chance to thank her or even get her name but you can see the number on her car in this photo. Please let her know her kindness and heroism was sincerely appreciated.
