I received Botox and fillers here from Patricia and am absolutely thrilled with my results. I love the facility as well and the customer service is amazing. Would definitely recommend!

After a couple of years of getting facials here, I scheduled a FT consult with Kari the owner and it significantly helped guide me on how to treat me acne rosacea. She took the time to go through all of my of my concerns and was able to tell me which services were appropriate and which I really didn’t need.
I had a Botox appointment with Patricia who was so sweet and discussed everything in detail with me so we could decide on how much Botox would be appropriate for me.
I also had a photo facial today with Abby who was so knowledgeable on the dermatology/physiology behind the reasons for acne rosacea as well as the effects of the photo facial laser.

I have had a great experience every time I’m there and I always feel like they want to help me get my skin to the place I want it to be. This salon is a one stop for so many things and I’m 100% loyal to them now. Trust that your business and your concerns are a priority for them.

I’m obsess with this place great service great people everyone is so nice. I got my lip done and Botox on my forehead it’s just perfect!
I do highly recommended to get consultation with Kari before you make any appointment she will help you reach your goals and in general she’s amazing person.she will make any customer super satisfied.
For Kari Customer service is first priority.
Definitely will be back again.

Enlighten Living has the best services and honest advice when it comes to skincare; they have changed my skin in the best way possible. From acne to laser hair removal, they have done it all. They have the best service in Dallas. Also, I don't have the highest pain tolerance and everything I have done has been pain free. It feels great to be able to wear no makeup and feel comfortable in my own skin. I always feel welcomed and cared for when I walk through the door. Not only does Enlighten have a med spa, they also have a clothing boutique that has the best selection hands down.

I had a new injector Eleizabeth who did a terrible job! She put so much filler in my forehead that my forehead was heavyand my eyes were bothered. I called several times one day to tell them something wasn’t right (I’ve had botox/dysport and filler so many times). When I did get someone on the phone they had me come in. Once there, they said the dysport was not placed high enough and it’s a learn as you go experience on new patients. They refunded my money for forehand. I had spent a total of $1,400 (refunded $450ish) Then I went back for 2 weeks on lips. I have lumps, but they said my lips were asymmetrical anyways. They offered to dissolve, but assured the the lumps would go away. We all know it all goes away! Why do I still have lumps 2 weeks in? There answer…we are all different! Again, never had this experience in the past. Noel the manager was rude, could have cared less her injector screwed up. It’s disappointing! I have a lot of friends that come here and I like they offer so many services. Beware! I had a very different, terrible experience.

I had a photofacial on the areas of my face that have rosacea and sun damage and a melasma treatment on the areas that shouldn't have a photofacial. It was the perfect combination for my face and Abby did a fantastic job of explaining the process, procedure, and follow up care. My skin is the best it has ever looked! I have after pics scheduled next week and I can't wait to see the before & after! SO SO happy!

Perfection is an understatement. I've known this business since it first opened it's doors. The owner's spirit of individualized care & comfort are experienced through every team member. As a bonus, the atmosphere is incredibly classy & fun. Also, be sure to check out the amazing boutique of fabulous things!

I recently had a facial with Casey at Enlighten and it was fabulous. She made my experience both relaxing and educational. She gave me ideas for alleviating some of my skin's trouble spots as well as ensured I had plenty of time to relax. My skin is glowing, thanks Casey!

After talking to the owner of Enlighten, I was convinced to try my first ever facial. Wasn't sure what to expect as I have a beard and wasn't excited to have someone scrape my face. How much impact could it really have? The answer? A ton. Was super relaxing and when I got home my wife couldn't believe how refreshed and younger my skin looked. I'm hooked and will definitely be back. Highly recommend, even for guys. They were awesome.

This place is dumb! They literally NEVER ANSWER the phone and don’t even have a way to book appointments online.
Horrible customer experience.

Enlighten has been in my life for 19 years now. I've never been oversold on any procedures and I love the staff. The facility is beautiful and always spic and span clean. I trust the technicians 100% and as a result of the care, my skin looks gorgeous (people compliment me on my complexion all the time)! Their service is top notch and I've only had positive experiences there. I love Enlighten and all of the staff!

The best spa I have ever been too! First of all Kari is amazing! Her knowledge and her team are the best you can wish for! I am super mad that some people would rate them low because they were late or they got different price etc. Their service is top top of what I have experience here in Dallas. I moved here from NYC and couldn't find my spa place.
First of all they are super professional, friendly and simply great. After having consultation with Kari she introduced me to some great skincare. She wasn't pushy like other places are eager to sell you stuff and procedures. Kari explained everything to me and told me what would be the best procedure for my skin / issues. While I was waiting for my appointment - the cosmetics she suggested already started to improve the look of my skin and it was amazing. Then I got photo-facial / fraxel procedure and I am speechless on how my skin look. I have never seen my skin looking so good and healthy. I think Jenny did my laser treatment and she was so great. I am pain freak but she was telling me every step she did during the procedure making sure I was relaxed and taken care of. It wasn't painful at all:) I will never go to any other spa in Dallas than Enlighten MD unless I move out of state:)

This year 2020 was and still is weird time for me and my work etc. Enlighten MD moments were my best this year. Today I got facial with Tiffany and as all people I met in Enlighten MD she was sweet and did her magic on my skin so I can finish this year on the better note.
I will definitely be back in 2021!

Where do I start! I LOVE everything about Enlighten! The staff is beyond friendly and they always make me feel so loved and so educated about the products and treatments. Kari, the owner, is so passionate about what she does and genuinely just wants you to look and FEEL your best! They don’t pressure you into treatments you don’t need, and I love that.

Edwin gives me my DREAM brows! From brow shaping, brow laminating, and brow tinting. I’m in brow heaven when I walk out of there.

The Diamond Glow facial and the salt facial are just whoa amazing. Darla is SO great and I love getting to have my time with her. Channing is a pro at what she does, and leaves my skin better than ever!

Very disappointed in my recent visit. I was running 10 minutes late due to the lane closures near their office. When I went to check in I stood there waiting while Edwin was staring at his phone. He then informed me I would need to reschedule because I was late. The most bothering part of this was his delight and arrogance of informing me. It was as if "he/Edwin" was going to teach me a lesson. Pure arrogance!
