Dr. Briggs takes the time to really listen and be available for his patients. He's an excellent surgeon.

I had a great experience. After dealing with an excruciating ear ache for 3 days, Dr. Stierman fixed me right up. Her office was very quick and efficient. They had me in and out in no time!

Great service and friendly staff. I had a follow up with the Doctor yesterday afternoon. Breathing has become better

The office was clean, the team was very professional, I had very little wait, got all my questions answered. Very satisfied.

Please, please, please avoid this place. They have been absolutely horrible to work with. They owe me almost $100 after overcharging me. Their admin Rhiannon just won’t process the refunds though and can’t be reached. What they are doing is illegal overcharging patients and not issuing refunds within 30 days per Texas state law.

Please save yourself the headache of going here. They are super shady, scammy, and just want your money. They overcharged me for a visit, it’s been over 48 hours, and I haven’t heard anything from them in regards to getting the money they owe me back. They gave me a “Bianca Billing” number that is disconnected… they don’t answer their phones at all… they said their admin will contact me but don’t know when cause “she sets her own schedule…”

On top of all this they never reached out to me about receiving test results. Almost a month later I reach out to them. And even before they were sure they had the results, they told me I need to come in for a visit to have my results read. They won’t give me the results without paying for another visit, even though I paid for the testing.

Please please, avoid this place! Go anywhere else…

Dr. Stierman and her team are fantastic. She has been helping me with my sinus polyps over the past year, and I can say she is the best ENT I have ever had. She performed surgery earlier this year and also put me on a medication that has been a life changer for me. I no longer have any symptoms or problems with my sinuses. They have been actively working to improve their office and patient contact services, and like any migration and change of process, it can take time and patience. Sometimes it can be a wait. I’ve never had an issue scheduling or getting a speedy response since they’ve updated their systems. I’ve never been rushed in an appointment when I had concerns and appreciate their efficiency.

This was a followup appointment after having severe nasal and sinus infection in January. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and Dr. Briggs is very knowledgeable. I'm still having some inflammation issues which is being treated and this time we sent a culture to determine what type of infection I have in order to adjust medications. I highly recommend ENT & Allergy Center of Austin.

Dr Briggs could not have been more knowledgeable and friendly. Took care of my problem in minutes and didn’t try to get me to do unnecessary and costly tests

Well organized, great Doctor, always answer the phone, send receipt via email. Excellent service!

Good experience. Always is. A bit of a wait to get in the examination room (20 plus minutes, which was unusual), but after I was called to the back perhaps 10 minutes had elapsed before I was already walking out the door to my car. Fast and professional ear cleaning. I can hear well again!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Everything was explained to us in detail and all questions we asked were answered to our satisfaction.
