ENT Associates of East Texas reviews
23This was our first visit to Dr. Callender's office and it was the most efficient visit I've had at a doctor's office in years! There was very little wait before being taken from the lobby to the exam room and the doctor showed up within 5 minutes of the nurse taking her notes. I am impressed thus far. Waiting on a surgery nurse to call and schedule. Hopefully, we'll hear from them shortly.
I would give zero stars if I could. No one answers the phone and if you leave a message no one calls back. I’m finding another facility as it should be this hard to get medication refilled.
The staff here was amazing. They helped ease my mind and kept me in the loop while my son was there having surgery.
I was pleasantly greeted upon entering the clinic. The nursing staff make every effort to make me feel relaxed even though I was somewhat nervous. Dr. Lewis was very clear in addressing my health challenge and the course of action we needed to pursue. I am hopeful for my outcome and thank Dr. Lewis and his team got their excellent care of me.
Doctor Hardy and her nurse are great. The front desk staff on the other hand are rude and they don’t talk unless absolutely necessary. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen it! Every time! I really don’t like coming in because they start the visit off wrong!
Clinic emails Medical History paperwork so new patient can complete before appointment. I completed paperwork at my leisure before appointment. However, the last page of paperwork does not specify whether the office received it, so I took my laptop to my appointment just in case.
When I got to clinic, office confirmed they had received my paperwork. The website needs to specify to end user that they have been successful in completing the paperwork. A brief message indicating completion would be helpful. This can probably be easily resolved by IT team.
Otherwise, very pleased with Dr. Kolert and Staff.
Each visit to ENT has been great. Everyone has been friendly and professional. Dr. Lewis is a fantastic doctor and I would highly recommend him.
This was my first visit to ENT Associates and it was a great experience! Everyone greeted me in a kind and caring manner. Each step of my visit was carefully explained and I was shown the waiting areas for each group of doctors. I loved my doctor! She spent time with me to take my history and I was never rushed or felt like I had to hurry along. I would highly recommend ENT Associates to anyone needing their services.
Went because I was having trouble hearing from my left ear. Wound up getting an MRI to see better why I was having such a greater hearing loss in my left ear than my right. MRI showed nothing. I was told by Dr. Callender that I had nerve damage, and sinusitis. There was nothing more they could do. That was it. He left the exam room. No follow up appt. Nothing. I paid my copay and left very confused and kinda mad. I'll go elsewhere for a second opinion.
Really helpful with my Allergy problems when I started getting the shots on a weekly routine. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful.
My first visit and everything went smooth, Dr. Callender is my physician and I love how profesional he is, everybody is very nice and professional.
I had several tests and the ladies were so sweet and considerate. Dr Lewis is very knowledgeable and uses pragmatic skills to address uncommon problems. I would have given 5 stars but, the front desk is overwhelmed and isn’t able to take phone calls 95% of the time. It makes it difficult to schedule, reschedule and check on current appointments. Other than that, everyone is friendly and sweet.
Other than the fact, that my GPS could not tell me which building to go in, everything else was top-notch. Short waiting time, everyone was knowledgeable and very courteous. Jim Young
Dr Lehr was awesome. My name is Szymanski. I had to go to my Dr 2x's then another Dr 2x's. Then Dr Lehr. He helped me, he listened and and the staff was so kind. He's an awesome dr. I live in Fairfield and there are just not good medical care here. It's really sad. Thank you Dr. Lehr That steroid shot helped so much. Thank you for helping me. I may need to come back because my ear is hurting again. That steroid shot helped so much. I recommended this Dr. He is a caring Dr. Thanks again
I thought I had sinus problems, turned out to be type two strain of the four strains of the flu. Gave no meds or anything, still having coughing and drainage.
Very polite, they listened and followed every lead. Thank you for taking me in on such short notice.
I Was greeted by the nurses stamp or desk attendance very courteously they took my information and insurance information and soon I was seeing the doctor the doctor looked at my tongue and saw the bad spot on it then he asked me if I would like to have a biopsy done today I explained yes I would and no sooner said than the procedure started he started by nominee my tongue with a vaccination of pain medicine then I got another dose of pain medicine on a cotton gauze the doctor was very professional he said it would take a few minutes to numb down and then he would take the biopsy of the sore on my tongue after about 10 minutes the doctor returned and did the procedure it did not take very long and I felt no pain at the time all in all I had a good experience with the doctor and the staff. I wouldn't highly recommend these people to do other surgeries for other people I believe they are very skilled and knowledgeable of what they do thanks me Edwin Bremmer
The staff was really great and helpful from tge time we walked in the door and on they way out the environment was welcoming and very peaceful
Was a walk-in with an ear problem at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon. The ladies got me right in, sent me back for testing, a PA then saw me and ran some more test and determined I had fluid in my ear that would required a tube to be inserted by a doctor. I was given an appointment with Dr. Hanby and the following week he inserted the tube. ENT Associates was great. The employees are friendly, helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this clinic for any ENT problems. I just wish all clinics were run as efficiently as ENT Associates.
There was one lady who was taking information from us that we didn’t like. She seemed very rude. Other than that everything was smooth and we love the Dr.he’s always so personable and sweet.
