They were nothing short of amazing and worked us in when my son was in need of a tonsillectomy. Dr. Biavati and the entire staff was extremely helpful during all his appointments and his surgery. He has come such a long way from his recovery and I know it’s thanks to them. I am so grateful!

Receptionist at front desk was not professional and was making petty remarks to my wife for running late to her appointment. I expected a level of professionalism from a medical establishment that includes politeness and less rude behavior. I also have not received a follow up call from them after I have repeatedly left messages on their voicemail due to the pharmacy advising of the wrong medication dosage on prescription.

Yikes. Staff made it so difficult to schedule an appointment. Called another ENT office and the process was seamless. Unfortunate.

We have seen Biavati for multiple kids and surgeries and HE was attentive. However is office staff is horrible, they frequently MiS-schedule appointments (for the wrong thing between him and the audiologist then make up an excuse to send home), regardless of how many times you confirm appointments you get messages that you need to confirm, receptionists refuse to verify insurance benefits and we are frequently overcharged or they get an attitude if you refuse to pay until they actually verify with insurance. This is the only place that always tells me we have paid nothing towards any deductibles or limits which is not true. Office staff frequently say they didn’t receive referrals and referrals have to be sent multiple times, also have issues with his office staff not sending the paperwork back to schools and pediatricians.
