Dr. Arnot did great with my boys surgery for tonsils; however, as someone else mentioned, billing is a joke and they really botched the deductible/payment needs. I’m awaiting sorting things with insurance and a refund for overpayment.

The one star is actually for a tongue tie done for our youngest back last October. I’ve received a bill after insurance for approximately $60 (not the issue), but you cannot get ahold of the office to save your life. I had done so once but requested a call from the Dr Richmond AND from billing and that has never been returned. (But they are great at sending mailed bills with no way to pay except for mail in or driving down since there is not an online payment option, nor as stated above, they won’t answer calls. The worst part of this review is that Dr Richmond completely butchered my sons tongue tie and we had to go to another Dr to fix it since he was losing weight from not taking a bottle after that and they weren’t in a rush to reschedule (not that we would have wanted the same Dr). It was so bad that the Dallas Dr asked where it was done and apologized for how bad it was…. And followed that up with he would make sure to not subject our kids to any surgeries in the future from that Dr to avoid anything that can’t be repaired after.

I urge you to AVOID Dr Richmond and this office AT ALL COSTS! Unfortunately Dr Arnot is great, but you owe it to yourself or your kids to not let Dr Richmond touch any type of medical need.

Update: 7/25/23. After dealing with incompetent staff yet again, my wife is awaiting a call from them. If it’s any indication that I’m still waiting on my return call mentioned above (posted 11 months ago), I’m guessing we’ll have to simply fight collections. (Luckily we’ll be able to pull call logs for any reputable collection company to drop the claim; sadly that will be far easier than expecting this staff to return a call.)
I’m still extremely saddened at how much we really liked Arnot, and the fact that other [doctors] in this location give the whole center a bad name.
Also note: It’s really odd that Hunter Richmond was used in previous years on bills, and now it’s “Charles Richmond”, yet the office confirmed it’s the same person. That shouts several red flags already from the negative reviews in the past.

Worst office to schedule anything, suppose to have my daughter have surgery even cleared with the doctor for the 2nd time and schedule for the wrong place. Originally we were suppose to pay 1500 and they tried charge 9000. These front desk people don't care about patients or how to even do a simple scheduling job. This was not just a one schedule time we had been communicating and rescheduling for months. Let's just see if I have to fight to get my money back.

Dr. Selz has been absolutely phenomenal with my tonsillectomy experience & he also figured out why I get so many reoccurring sinus infections at the same time! I can’t recommend Dr. Selz enough! He really listens to your concerns and will make sure you feel taken care of before you leave. My only complaint is with their billing system. I paid my Co-pay & then received a bill for a $140 scope they ran up my nose & they code it as a “procedure” so insurance doesn’t cover it. Just beware about that, but Dr. Selz is an incredible doctor!

Love Dr. Arnot! He knows what he’s doing and takes the time to educate parents and answer questions. He consulted on our 1 year old’s persistent ear infections and performed the tubes surgery for her. Overall he is thorough, quick, and responsive! Very grateful for him.
