Absolutely love Dr.murray and his office. We have been with him for a couple of years and always felt valued and appreciated. The staff is very accommodating to small children and getting them to complete the hearing tests.

Dr. Murray is super! He is really excellent, and I am so happy he is our ENT. I also had an unpleasant experience with only one of the front desk employees at this location, but if you just ignore her rudeness and focus on the quality medical care you will find that Dr. Murray and all of the other health service providers (audiologist, nurses, etc.) are stellar!

Dr Murray saved my daughters life 10 years ago. She had Allergic Fungal Sinusitis and I had 3 Dr's tell me the surgery was too complex, they didn't feel comfortable doing it. Dr Murray was amazing.

Dr. Murray is AMAZING! I wanted to get a hearing test on my son to rule out hearing loss and the audiologists there were the sweetest ever with my son. I was so impressed.

The receptionist/office staff is like a 2 out of 10. They are semi-friendly, and just eh. If I were the doctors, I would hire new office staff.

Since the doctors and audiologists are amazing, I will overlook their semi rude office staff.

Love Dr. Murray and his office staff! The only issue I have is the really long wait in the waiting room. My appt was at 9: 40 a.m. And I didn't go back until well after 10 a.m. Other than that they're great!

We absolutely LOVE this practice. We took my 2 year old daughter to see Dr. Murray for issues with her ears. He was so kind and patient with her and really answered all the questions I had. The audiologist was also very very sweet and was able to get my daughter to actually enjoy the "hearing game" which was awesome. I have referred 4 friends to this practice (they see Murry, Patel and Bauer) and they have all had a wonderful experience. The office staff was really nice and friendly too. I highly recommend this practice.

I just got off the phone with Dr. Murray's office and hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced! My mother was going to take my daughter in for a visit today and I wanted to prepay so that my mom didn't have to pay anything out of her pocket. The lady (Elisa) who I was talking to decides to tell me at the last minute that a parent needs to be present during my daughters visit. This would have been nice to know this when we booked the appointment. I asked if they could make an exception especially since we fill out all of the forms online and submitted them as well as pre paying! My god I did everything you ask and I am giving you my money in advance! She then tells me that there was nothing they could do nor would she even look to see if there was an open appointment later in the day. She would not let me speak to the office manager and it was very obvious that she was trying to get me off of the phone. I told her that my wife and I are working but it was the least of her worries. Because of her I had to cancel my daughters appointment and I will never come back to Dr. Murray's office again!
