Worst electric company ever and this office is no different this place is a joke. What they do to their customers is illegal in many other states and countries. They will pay one day.

I cannot express my appreciation for the hard work and dedication from the lineman In our area. Thank you thank you thank you. And all yall neg folks need to chill, they cannot control the weather or what is available to fix things at the time. So be patient. Thank yall lineman again.

After a 1 hour storm 30k people lost power and this company doesn’t work at night. Its going on 12 hours and the representative says no one reported the outage but wouldn't you know if that many customers dont have electricity?
They have no ER crew and do not care. BEWARE of the list company!

City of Conroe over 30k people have no power and they haven't dispatched anyone to restore it!

The electricity will go off without any explanations when there’s a little bit of wind, which occur very often, especially during the weekends. I suggest checking the wind speed on your iPhones to predict when they gonna shut down the power. The service will never pick up their phones and you will always be left in the dark. Whenever I’m left in the dark, It always a good time to contemplate and wonder how third world countries electric companies are able to provide 100x better electricity to their people than this company. Infinite greed? Maybe this is the fall of the western capitalism. And I say we deserve it.

If I could give 0 stars, I've been trying to get my energy installed for over a month already and they just keep on moving the date 6 times already if some one can help me how can I sue this company I'm just spending so much on place to stay food and this company is just not responsible with the customers, I've been with them for over 10 years and never fail a payment or made a late payment I don't think we deserve to be treated like this only cause they know we can't get the service with other company

Looking forward to the day all of Montgomery County explodes in cheer because we have the freedom to choose our own electric providers instead of being forced to use a company that is somehow allowed to operate a monopoly. Go just a few miles south into Harris County and you've got so many options.it's almost overwhelming.

Every month I pay the bill through THEIR matrix on time, never late. They send a disconnect notice every single month. For what, I can't figure out and their customer service cannot explain. Their rates are ridiculous. We have baseboard heat in Wisconsin and never came close to amount we pay in Texas.

Our business has been without power for 3 weeks. Nobody can tell us when it’ll be fixed, nobody that actually answers a phone knows anything. This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If you have the option to avoid them do it at all cost.

Been with out power for approx 35 hours with no insight as to what the problem is have not seen one Entergy truck since the outage current temp in house is 28. Terrible customer service should have prepared better.

Imagine if you can a service provider who services an entire city, not because they're the best, but because they're the only business in town. Now imagine the general apathy they display towards restoring power during an outage. Now imagine something worse, that's Entergy.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Definitely would not use them if there was another Energy company available. It is an absolute scam what they try to pull on you if you do not watch it. By all means people if there's another company you can use use them do not use Entergy.

This company has the worst ratings because it is a monopoly that could care less about its customers and we are just an endless source of money for them. They lie and steal our hard earned money by charging whatever they want whenever they want. Who ever heard of a 33 day billing cycle? Than a twelve day billing cycle! Than they give you an option of “ level billing” this is where they gouge you for twice as much monthly! Hey but at least you know exactly what your getting ripped off for! We need a class action suit against this despicable company and there ruthless price gouging! Don’t bother calling to complain or ask questions, they give you the run a round and than disconnect you. Just disgusted

This is the worst electric provider company, I have ever encountered in my 53 years of life, 1) They played around for a month wondering to accept my letter of credit to wave my deposit and said no, I was with a previous provider for 7 years no issues.

2) We are literally 3 blocks from the actual company, you can see their power trucks. A couple of weeks ago we lost power @ 7: 30 pm, they arrived @ 9: 30pm didn't restore power until 5 hours later in Texas in full blown summer it was over 90 degrees + in our apartment, with a child and pet. Unless they're your only choice or the only provider available. DO NOT PICK THEM! Or you will have the similar situation.

Some girl named Tyisha or something, I barely heard her name; answered my call and the entire time she sounded like she was barely functioning. I would wait in silence for minutes at a time after speaking before she would respond. No I was never put on hold, and any response I got from her wasn’t helpful and was only repeating to me what I already told her, this is my second time calling about the same situation and all I get back is excuses instead of help and answers. I will be making a visit tomorrow to get my problem handled. Hopefully whoever I speak to in person doesn’t feel the need to sleep during our conversation like this employee did. Because there’s no other explanation for such a horrible phone interaction besides being too drunk or strung out to speak

The Worst customer service ever, I have been trying to get them to install the electricity in my house for over a week now they haven't done anything to fix the situation and keep lying about "calling me" when I have call everyday and they just give more excuses even the supervisors have a really bad attitude with customers the supervisor that I spoke with her name is Cristine was extremely rude did not care for what I had to say did not apologize for the inconvenience not even once and didn't even fix the problem. By far this is the worst company that I have ever do any business with. STAY AWAY from this company if you have the option to.

The person (Bee) was friendly and helpful. The phone system could use major help. It's like pulling teeth to talk to a person.
