Terrible.
Jordon sold me my truck. All the lights went out with in a week of having it. Him and management both told me my truck was fully covered under factory and the extra Warranty I purchased. I was told they would ‘maybe’ reimburse me for replacing the head and tail lights and that to take it to the dealership because it sounds like an electrical issue. Took it to the dealership and they said that there is no warranty on the truck. Then they missed having me sign documents 2 times and was sent the documents each was a separate occurrence. My plates still haven’t come in due to their lack of getting the appropriate paperwork signed and my temp tags expire Monday. Yay.it’s been the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had and would not recommend them to anyone. Carvana is the way to go! Such a smooth process without all the misinformation and hassle

Limited amount of vehicles. You have to wait for them to be shipped in before you could test drive but you can purchase it if you don't care how it drives.

Really appreciated working with this team of professionals. I walked in was greeted kindly, found a few vehicles that matched what I was looking for, took a few test drives, and applied for credit to get a new vehicle. Didn't find the exact vehicle I wanted, but also could not afford that vehicles' payments. Got a similar vehicle, with very low miles, that was 205 point tested before sales. Great experience, and reliable vehicle.
