This was the first time we used this specific location and we were very disappointed. Rented a SUV (Black Tahoe) for the weekend, got the vehicle home and noticed the inside cabin was filthy, there was a broken interior vent, trash and what looked to be edibles were left from previous renter. There was all sorts of stains throughout the cabin of the vehicle, not to mention that it also smelled like smoke. Upon returning the vehicle we brought it to their attention. The manager who as filling in was surprised when we showed her how trashed the vehicles interior was. This was very disappointing as we rented the vehicle for a special occasion and we didn’t have time to clean it or take it to be cleaned. Manager offered to give us a discount (that turned out to be $50), however I don’t feel that was enough.
I do not recommend this Enterprise location and unfortunately will not recommend this to others.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A -5 STARS, I WOULD!
First off, Ally/Alex (couldn't quite catch her name, I'm better with faces), was so unprofessional. It was my first time renting a car because I got into an accident. Had to keep the rental longer than expected due to bank processing and finding a new car. I received three separate charges: authorization charge and two separate charges due to the rental. Cool. Except I was charged an extra $50 and still don't know why I was charged. Tried calling to get an explanation, and the representative (in her nonchalant voice) absolutely told me nothing.

Even my boyfriend got frustrated at me because he thought that I didn't get 'simple math'. Once I broke down and explained all of the charges that should have been on my card to him, he understood my frustration. From the time that I picked up the car until now, I have been EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED.

Customer service really does makes a difference. Wrecking my car, due to conditions beyond my control, and coming to this place has made me stressed to the max. Not surprised if they take more money out of my account and still will receive NO EXPLANATION! Ha! This place is a joke.

Enterprise is always hooking it up with the car rentals. Never had a bad experience and Alex is so patient and very professional. Love getting car rentals from here

My car is currently in the shop. The rental car they gave me is in horrible condition. The window seal comes off and flaps when you drive, stains on the ceiling, breaks squeak, it’s just dirty!

Three company as a whole is terrible. I rented a car last month and they tried to charge me double the price. Then this time I tried to rent a car with a reservation. The car they tried to rent me was was in poor condition. The outside was dirty as in they didn't clean it. On the passenger side someone tried to break into the car. Gauged bumper, it was bad. I told then I wasn't comfortable renting a car that looked that bad. And offered to take a smaller car. He wouldn't let my rent any of the cars on the cars they had available. As they were larger cars.
I then went to another location that would give me a larger vehiclebut could not rent to me even though I have rented from the company less than a month ago. After jumping through hoops for 3+hours I went home with no vehicle. Very poor service, very poor vehicles.
Save your time and find anywhere else to give your money and time to.

Fast, courteous and friendly staff always go above and beyond to make sure that I’m happy. Especially Alex, the branch manager. She works extra hard to meet my needs. Best. Service. Ever.

Alex and preston gave top service and explained everything clearly. This made me feel totally like I was a family member and a friend. These young men and women are so professional. I will be back to rent more cars in the near future. I will also refer friends and family

Area Manager doesnt know that Puerto Rico its territory of USA and if we have real ID we don't need passport. What a bad moment I have there. They just apologized, didn't offer upgrades or complimentary stuff. I felt discrimination against Latin people. That's not good for you guys, we know English, we know laws and constitution, we know USA history, we even know that you guys don't know. What a shame.

Best one in the area. I've rented from enterprise about 7 times throughout 2018, and 6 of them were here with flawless experiences. The one time I went elsewhere was a mess.

Had a reservation through insurance due to an accident with my car which went very smoothly. Alex was very courteous and professional with pickup and dropoff.

Great service and great cars! This is literally up the street and around the corner from me so it was very easy to pick up and drop off the car. They were out of small, compact cars, so I got upgraded to a Nissan Maxima and it was the sweetest ride ever! I had so much fun driving that car. Thank you!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Noah is a great driver and fun to talk to.
