Branch manager needs to learn social skills. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this location.

UPDATE: Despite the Enterprises reply asking me to contact them to address my complaint, after emailing them and several days later, I have yet to have received a response from company management. Strongly reccomend to avoid this location.

The service I received from Regina & Stephen was unbelievably hands down phenomenal. I was in a jam an needed a rental asap the car I reserved was gone and they were literally all booked up. Ms. Regina made a few moves and got me into a rental. I’m very grateful for their help and getting me situated especially on a late Friday afternoon. Thank you again for your help and being awesome people

My very 1st bad experience with Enterprise and prayerfully my last. Branch manager Regina is UNPROFESSIONAL and extremely RUDE! I’m not one to do bad reviews, especially for Enterprise Rental Car because I love them so much, but this has to be said. Beware if you encounter any issues with your car, Regina will rudely try her hardest to dismiss you and your issue. It all went further downhill the moment I answered my phone. I said hello and she addressed herself and said I received your note and I said thank you for calling. Then all of a sudden…nothing, no words, she’s just sitting there in silence. The pause was a good 15 seconds before I said ok kindly…Are you going to tell me how you’re going to resolve it. Then she rudely went OFF and said well I’m just sitting here waiting for you to explain what happened and some more exchange of words. She had already read my issue and was informed by her rep. So at this point she should have immediately addressed my concerns and apologized for my experience. But no, she rudely stated this didn’t happen to the renter before me.
What does the renter before me have to do with my issue and my experience I had? And what does when is the last time I rented from them have to do with my issue?
It was BAD you guys. The customer service was ok from the original rep, but I will NOT be returning to that location again and I strongly recommend you guys don’t either. No special care package for her…gift card for lunch or whatever I sometimes give for wonderful service. It was that bad! I pray they really serviced that vehicle before renting it out to the next person.

Do Not Go To This Location!

Closing person was so rude to my husband because it was end of day and she couldn't be bothered. (I was on the phone also trying to help the situation). She kept cutting us off and being hostile.

Must be "Regina" from other reviews. She then locked my husband inside the business (which is illegal) to prevent another customer who was being dropped off with reservation from coming in because it was 5: 00. She also turned all the lights off. And locked my husband inside again. Shortly after that she told him no car and kicked him out leaving him stranded.

So in the course of 5 mins this woman left 2 customers stranded without a vehicle.

Horrible customer service. Judging by all the bad reviews though they obviously don't care.

Do not rent form here. They don’t have cars and they want to upsell you to suvs and trucks.

Great experience! Both ladies in the front handled my rental super quickly and was professional through out! Definitely will be renting here again in the future! Highly recommended!

This place has great customer service. While I was waiting to be taken care of I got to watch Helanna take care of other customers inside the office and listen to her speak with customers on the phone. Polite, professional, and willing to do extra for the customers, Helanna is great. If we ever need to rent a car again it will be this location and hopefully it will be Helanna.

Horrible experience, 3 quick rentals because we desperately needed a rental, but never again from this location! Last minivan got me a Severe Allergies attack, and I also have Severe Asthma, Regina put the blame on me, the paying customer! I'm Disabled, and she blamed the paying customer. Unbelievable! The van had animals hair and big stains, and something in the ventilation system got me VERY sick. Unbelievable that they dare to blame the paying customer, and a Special Needs Family at that! I'm escalating this and reporting this location as much as possible. Shameful to the max.

The branch manager (i believe Regina) was pretty rude from the beginning and actually scoffed at me when i was trying to explain my understanding.she said “we deal with this all the time, every day” as if i told her she was wrong when i never claimed that to be it.i just tried to explain my understanding of renting a car with them and the charges due to my special situation of getting into a car accident.i said i may just discuss this matter again in person when i’m ready to return their rental to get a better understanding and she said “that’s the discussion. ” i was nice to her up until the end and she just had horrible customer service.she honestly made me feel dumb when i was just trying to ask questions.

Refused to rent on an Allstate claim. Sounded like discrimination against me as a customer in particular. Particularly she used the words “she would not like to rent to me” multiple times. She told me to rent from another location near by. Her words. Inexplicable discrimination.

Personally discriminated against me. Branch manager used the words “she would not like to rent to me” with strong emphasis on me. Very rude and told me she doesn’t want to talk to me anymore.

Spoke to someone named Regina about a rental confirmation I got through Gieco. I was told that I had called the wrong location. I explained that the closer location was not picking up she got upset and hung up on me.

Branch manager - extremely rude. Would not rent to me because I was “not in the area. ” I live in the Houston area. She said somebody else close by could rent to me but she would not. She sounded hateful and vindictive from the beginning. Borderline discrimination.
