These are some of the most professional, kind people I’ve experienced in a long time. All I can say is thank you. Even when customers are rude and unkindly, they keep their composure. They work very hard to get me a rental that met my needs. And they succeeded.

I have been ranting from Enterprise almost the entire time we’ve been living in Texas. The I-10/Mason location is awesome, I almost always have a great experience and everyone there is so cool even though it’s the training center! Keep up the good work y’all.

The staff was super nice, especially Donald. I came right before they was closing, I’m thinking someone will be mad at me for coming so late, but Donald came up to me asking if I have been help and take care of me right away. He mad me feel right at home helping me pick the right car for my needs. This guy Donald had so much patience with my pickiness. With his knowledge of vehicles, I was able to pick my vehicle right away. Thanks to Donald, I will be back at this location if I need a vehicle in a time if need.

Had the pleasure of renting from Enterprise recently and very satisfied with the SUV I had for a little over a week. Took vehicle back last Friday 25th Nov.and Donald handled my return very promptly and with extreme courtesy. Next time I need a rental, it will be with Enterprise. Thanks guys!

Alejandro Mojica at the Enterprise branch was very through and I was well taken care of for the duration of my rental. I had to change cars somewhere in the middle due to personal reasons and he made sure that there were suitable cars available. He was very through in checking the car, made sure I knew how to operate it, went over the signing instructions clearly, answered my questions, called in to check on both me and the rental and was incredibly professional throughout. The manager of this place is the least professional person I've ever seen, she has no manners, she doesn't let you finish talking, she interrupts her colleagues who are trying to do a good job, a very bad experience with them.

My experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car have been very satisfactory and happy. My most recent rental started on Oct. 31 this year at Katy Fry Mason Road. Donald Morgan at branch helped me. He was very nice and helpful. He was also very thorough and warmhearted. I was very impressed. Everything went smoothly. I got a nice rental SUV. Then, I returned the rental SUV on Nov. 29. That branch offered me great convenience. I only need to drop the rental SUV at the body shop. They went there and pick up the SUV quickly and sent me the closed rental document the same day. I was very happy with their efficiency. Shortly after that, Donald Morgan also sent me a letter to follow up, which impressed me. We had a car reservation confirmed for today at noon. When we arrived we were told that there were no cars available and they were a week out on reservations despite the person in front of us in line having just returned a car and a full parking lot of rentals. Andrew at the front desk offered no alternative solutions other than waiting a week to get a car. Do not make reservations you cannot fulfill. As a cherry on top, they closed the gates on my brother as he was trying to enter the parking lot to give me and my elderly mother a ride.

Made an appointment with Andrew on a Tuesday before I needed the car on a Saturday. Arrived Saturday morning and within 15 minutes I was driving out. When I dropped off a few days later, the staff gave me a ride back to the dealership and offered friendly banter on the way there. Office staff was incredibly curtious and polite.

Donald provided amazing customer service at pick up and Jaylen gave outstanding service when I returned. These guys definitely know how to provide fast and courteous service. I will surely use this location again!

Would have preferred a compact car rather than minivan since they had a week before I picked up the rental to get one.

Made a reservation. Didn't have a car. Did not honor the all state rental rate (possibly an all state issue). They transferred my rental to another location. That location had no cars either. After being ping ponged back and forth the managed finally reached another location and found a car. Took a bit of whining and complaining on my end but they finally got it taken care of.
