This company can be the best there is at times and really bad sometimes. Some locations are not properly equipped with cars so they are always out. But then they will drop you off or pick you up a huge plus. Overall ok. Insurance companies have a deal with them so I end up with them not by choice. I am in a hope and pray mode with them. Hit or miss. Get it.

Today this Enterprise was extremely helpful when other offices were not! The assistant manager assured me that as soon as my car is dropped off to Caliber that they will have a rebels car available.

Location wasn’t helpful at all! Wanted to rent a vehicle I reserved being I would be out of town, enterprise needs to update their policies. When you are in the system and a plus member then you shouldn’t have to provide credit cards if you’re not from the state in which you are visiting and is seeking rental. The reason I’m giving this location a one star is the simple fact they didn’t try and help out or some type of other arrangements for us so the customer service sucks!

All employees were extremely helpful. Felt like they went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle as soon as possible and the process was easy and painless.

Manager was not helpful AT ALL…. Did not try to look into my issue at all… smart remarks and facial expressions.thumbs down! Her name is Mackenzie, and I don’t appreciate her being rude and not helpful at all! I understand there are a lot of responsibility with being a manager, but with accepting the position, you definitely should know that doing what you can for your customers is very important, standing there with your hands in your pocket, with unfriendly faces, as if someone if speaking a foreign language to you IS NOT IT! Everyone else in the building was GREAT! EXCEPT HER!

Had to change vehicles. Went to the grocery store. Came outside battery was dead. Really? Thought maintenance was done on a regular on their vehicles.

Not only was I given false information about my reservation. The manager was completely rude about the situation. Managers should never talk to a customer as though they are any less just because their badge says “manager”. The manager McKenzie has a snobby attitude and should not be a leader in that facility. The employees also need better training because there should be no reason a customer should walk out unsatisfied because of being misinformed by staff. There should have been some type of accommodation.

The employees are nice enough when you are in the store but it seemed to be a bit of a show. Hannah gave me her card and said to email her if I needed anything. When they didn’t give me the invoice upon return of the vehicle I emailed but never got a response. When I went back to get another rental I later got a text from the manager, Mackenzie checking in. It said I could text back if I had any issues. I texted during business hours to ask if I could switch out my 4x4 truck rental for something more reasonable on gas and never got a response. I guess they tell you to contact them but really don’t want you to.

Both my rentals were dirty inside and outside. I guess the Clorox wipe they provided was to self-clean. Vehicles were also very low end models. Both had fewer features than my personal vehicle which was 5 years older. Maybe I’m too used to renting with National at the airports but those vehicles are much better.

It takes atleast 20 minutes or more to finally speak to someone, it almost feels like their trying to demoralize people to not call their branch!

This location has very rude management! I’ve called numerous times and Mackenzie is so uptight and offensive. Over speaks when asking questions. I will just go to another location from now on. This lady needs to improve her customer service skills because they suck.

New Management of this Location is absolutely terrible. They are rude and don’t listen to the customers. I watched as they talked down to a customer for being upset he had to wait over an hour for a car. They told another customer who had also been waiting a while, he was being insulting for expressing his dissatisfaction with the service. I left to go find another alternative due to their behavior. Those 2 ladies have no business being in management.

The 2 gentlemen that used to run this place did a far better Job, even though they were short staffed and had less cars available.

It’s always an availability issue at this location. Online they say they do have cars available and allow you to make a reservation then when you arrive; they have nothing available except the ‘one’ vehicle that just came in and it’s a hundred dollars more per day but they’ll give it to you for an additional $60 per day above the price of your original reservation. OR, they have no cars at all. Something just doesn’t seem right about this.

And don’t even mention that $300 deposit they hold and tell you you’ll get it refunded back immediately to your credit card - it’s a lie. More like 2 weeks after your return before they refund that deposit that they hold back to your credit card.

Service was great on the front end. Used my enterprise plus points and an upgrade to get a nice Audi for the weekend. However, after returning the car on time over a week ago, I've yet to get my 300 dollar deposit back, an invoice, nor has it posted to my enterprise account. I've called the local branch several times only to sit on hold for up to an hour and never speak to anyone. At this point, they are thieves. Refusing to return my calls or my money.

The two girls here today are amazing! Not only did they find me a car, they were extremely professional and kind with the traffic of intense people coming in. Some of the customers were extremely volatile and understandably frustrated and I heard as the employees tried to troubleshoot every single case and find every customer a comparable or better option. They didn’t do that at the IAH Enterprise and traveling from WA I really appreciate their service today!

Unfortunately, I've tried contacting this location, and requested their manager for call backs related to my rental experience and several days have gone by, no one has contacted me. I have a very strong suspicion this location did not clean the vehicle rented to me, and it had fleas in it. I was terribly infected with fleas for several days. I would recommend folks ensure the vehicles meet their "clean pledge" and evidence of cleaning before taking.

Horrible experience I booked a car online in the morning. I drove over 100 miles to pick the car up. I tried calling
Several times to confirm everything.
No one would answer the phone. When I show up to the location.they
Tell me they have no cars available. So
I ask the manager if he could locate me a location that does have a car.
His response was I would have to call
Myself. Him and the other employee
With no customers in the store.
Refused to do anything to help me.
The manager needs to be fired immediately. Terrible customer service
