I rented a car at Enterprise for a week and Josh was so helpful and I would like to say that he is the best and kudos to Enterprise for Josh. He did an outstanding job!

Justin was very swift while booking us a rental and Jada went above and beyond for us when we returned the rental. I accidentally left blankets that I, initally, intended on handing out to some homeless people before the Houston freeze. Jada took the blankets and handed them out for me since I forgot about the blankets. Thank you both!

Excellent service from this branch. Open approach and flexible solution. They (Mr Meisner especially) went the extra mile to satisfy our very late request. Also the aftersales was as you might expect super. Recommend this branch and their people highly.

I don't recommend this Enterprise Branch. The employees here are dishonest and inefficient.

I rented a car (Malibu) for a month and the 2nd week I had to return the Malibu to an air pressure issue, When I returned the Malibu, it had a full tank because I thought I was going to use it for a month. They offered me a replacement car (Ecosport) and told me I could return the Ecosport with 1/4th less gas than what was in it when I return it at the end of the month. When I returned the Ecosport a week early on the 9th of Oct, I explained the situation to the person who took possession of the Ecosport and he said I will not be charged for the fuel because I returned the previous car with a full tank. He showed me the total amount of money that I will be refunded which was around $570. Checked my statement for the refund next week and I saw it was around $494. Looked into to the details and saw that 1. They charged me for the fuel, 2. They falsified the return saying it was returned a day later on 10th Oct in a drop box when in reality I returned it in person on 9th and spoke to the employee. I spoke to two people who assured a call back with a resolution and never got a call back. I am on call for the third time on hold for 40 minutes with no response.

Beware of renting from this place.

I reserved a vehicle 24 hours in advance and schedule a pickup as well for 8: 15 in the morning that day because I had to work later on. Waited to be pick up no one came and no one contacted me to let me know that they wouldn’t be coming. I called the store…. Extremely rude! Told me I will not be getting the car I reserve or any car that day. Just to put me on hold to hear the guy telling a person who just walked in that they have a Nissan and Toyota available (the car that I reserved)! Very crazy and disrespectful. Try to tell me I should have went to the enterprise closer to where my vehicle will be fixed at however this enterprise was closer to my house. Horrible experience. Booked another reservation with the other enterprise they recommended just to be told that the time that I reserved to be pickup at they will be closing an hour before that. I found this out by calling earlier that day, because I wanted to be sure I got my car that day. Missed work the first day and had to leave early and catch an Uber another day. A couple days later of having the rental the car battery died. RIDICULOUS! Worse company ever. Didn’t wash my car! And waited an hour for them just to answer the phone. I have pictures of my reservations and of how long I’ve waited on the phone. I wish I would have recorded the conversation I’ve had with the service rep that try to play in my face offering a car I already reserved.seriously disgusted! Don’t rent here save yourself the headache! (Turo rent there they are probably much better) I also have a doctors appointment today (the day the car battery died) and I’m here trying to figure out what’s wrong with the rental car at the place they sent me to go because they had no rental cars as a replacement. Hopefully I don’t miss my appointment! Horrible horrible service I can’t express this enough!

This has got to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Enterprise, TRULY. Unapologetically no follow up, at all. Was supposed to pick me up, called the 800# twice to confirm, each time never received the call the 800# promised I would, called an Uber, got to the location, never acknowledged it, didn't have the car I "reserved" and said "Oh when they made that reservation I knew we didn't have that. " Done with them. This location has gone from Hero to zero. It's a shame. I give them one star for only charging me a couple of dollars more for a larger vehicle, but there really shouldn't have been an additional charge, at all.

When returning a vehicle the employee, Derrick Bell, did a fantastic job of walking me through the process. He worked efficiently to help me on my way, as I was in something of a rush. Expect fantastic customer service!

Christian and Derrick did an amazing job helping get my rental. They were so patient with the process and even helped me speak with insurance agent to get everything taken care of. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

UPDATE AFTER WRITING MY REVIEW, FINALLY I GOT A NICE CAR, ECONOMIC AND WITH ANY MECHANICALL OR AC ISSUE KEVIN WAS VERY NICE AND SERVICIAL. I FEEL BETTER TO HAVE A CLEAN AND NICE CAR DURING THIS MONTH. Thank you to the corporation for call me very fast and resolve the inconvenience.

Im very unhappy with the cars their provide
1ST. My car dealer use this location during my guarantee service. So i have to drive 20 miles to pick it up my car. They make me wait 1 hour for an Suv after did all the review the advisor (new) let me know i have to paid extra 39.99 daily for this car because this is not included with the contract they have with hundai. So i ask the manager and he change the car for a nissan sentra when the advisor fill the paperwork he write the thank gas was full, but when i notice the tank only have 1/4 so i request fix the paper work. Everything was good but when i try to take the freeway o notice the speed doesnt run more than 40miles per hour. So i take the car home tryng to use for regular driving but i dint feeel safe dryning this with my kids. Next day the store manager kevin text me and I inform about all my complaind including strong smell a cigarrete and he said i can swap this car in any location close to my house o work. I was dealing during 2 days stoped in 7 different locations and anyone takes that car or swap the car for me. So today i drive 20 miles to swap the car and they give me a chevy spark 2021 so doesnt matter for me because i dont want any luxury just something reasonable to drive for least 30 days to my work and school. And after 30minutes driving to home the AC stop work properly and today its not too hot the wheater is on 75-80 f so my kids put the windows down to get home.i was fresh outside more than the car. So I dont know what is the next option with them, i was only looking for something decent mechanically and clean conditions.

Whatever you do, avoid Trey at all cost.
He’s the epitome of an useless. His father figure obviously wasn’t very active in life due to his behavior. Steer clear!

After weeks of having to argue with my insurance, I was finally able to rest when it came to finally getting a rental car. Michael took over everything, and has been out-standing throughout my entire month long rental situation. I am a young adult, who is having their first hand at experiencing at the 'real world', and Michael has been nothing short of understanding and kind.

I will only come to this location for my future rental needs.
His southern hospitality is just a bonus!
Always ask for Michael.

I've never been more unhappy with a rental location experience, this place if you call be prepared to wait on hold for at least an hour if your lucky. Then once they pick up you might as well be asking what the meaning of life is as asking for a simple total price with tax is too taxing for them to tell you. Never using this location again and maybe never using enterprise after this.

Very bad experience!
I called them and asked if they have any luxury cars, they told me that they have different cars in the lot. When I arrived, there was a lady before me asking about cars they have; the guy (who is responsible behind the counter) informed her that he has a wrangler, Lincoln and Hyundai.when he asked me what kind of car I need, I told him that I have a car from enterprise but the port is not working so I need to exchange it, he told me that “we are sorry, we don’t have any cars”, I told him that I heard you telling the lady 5 min ago that you have different cars, he replied “no, I don’t have any car to exchange with you, try to come back after 3 pm so I can see”. I told him that what about the Lincoln, he said: no I can’t give it to you under the insurance reservation, it’s very expensive”
Very bad customer service…

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I was told that my dad said that the gentlemen said that the payment for a deposit fee was $50 and they accepted cash but right when I was waiting for my dad to arrive to make the payment, they were not accepting cash only debit card only. Then gave me the round about of trying to make a way to make the unaware deposit of $50 they never said anything to me that the insurance can cover it and along with the damages of my car which they would do, however I was not aware of a deposit fee to pay out of pocket. Then had me sitting allday in a hot office waiting and waiting try didn’t even hold the rental car I wanted to use they gave it to someone else who did not necessarily needed it. I will no longer do business with this company not this location. They SUCK!
