Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Houston TX

Worst place to Go. Went online to book my vehicle and went smooth. I get there and my vehicle isn't available. I had no choice but to take another so called better deal. Yeah right I paid more. Thanks Enterprise I will surely surely recommend you guys to my business partners.

I received outstanding customer service today on the pick up of a vehicle. Delivery was fast, easy he explained everything to me. He walked outside the amazing customer service contiune on the inspection of the vehicle. Thank you Jordan Logan for the amazing outstanding customer service!

Hannah was very polite and attentive. She gave her phone and email where she could be reached at, at all times.

Turn in my car early by a few days and staff here can’t explain why it’s only $5 refund when I paid more than my insurance covers by about 20/day.
Can’t get an answer at all to why I’m being refunded so little.
So I wouldn’t recommend them unless you just don’t care about getting screwed out of money for a rental.

I will definitely come back to rent a car a this location. Issac has great customer service and is easy to get a car accommodating to what u want and easy and fast

They are not professional they sale whatever and charge your card with out permission basically they do what ever they want sorry business

Kevin did great! Explained everything about the vehicle and the do's and dont's while driving the car rental. I received a lovely 2022 chrysler mini-van while I wait for my own vehicle to be repaired. He was patient and kind.

I had a rental from here for over 2 months while Joe Myers Ford worked on my car. There was a minor paperwork error on Ford's end that was resolved very quickly, but for the short time that was being resolved, Gilbert was so awesome. He was very reassuring, available, and excellent at communicating. I recommend this rental location, not only for the quality of the vehicle and easy of service, but for the staff, especially Gilbert for caring about my situation and going above and beyond while it was being resolved.

They double charged me and argued my dispute with the credit card company. Unethical and very very poor customer service and business practice.

I always get the best customer service experience. Staff is polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Hwy 290 @Jones Rd

I do not recommend this enterprise. This particular location assumes the worst about a client without having all their facts. Austin needs to do a better job at communicating and not making unnecessary threats to customer before making sure he has all the necessary information. Rude.unprofessional. I would definitely recommend another location if you must use enterprise.

Worst enterprise I ever used, car was really dirty, staff didn't know what they were doing when getting my rental, the only reason why I picked this enterprise because they had night drop, and it was in my way to for my business trip. I even asked to confirm if they had night drop and they said yes, their gates are closed. Never coming back to this enterprise.

I’ve been on hold for 55 MINUTES waiting on someone to pick up the phone. Hasn’t happened yet. I’ve been placed on hold several times…and this is who my insurance recommends me to conduct business with and give MY money too. This is ridiculous!
