Absolutely Best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. It topped chick fila lol! When I first walked in I accidentally walked in the “truck/van” side and was politely greeted by Kayla (I hope I got the right name) her tone was happy and it made me happy. Once greeted she walked me over to the “car side. ” (Around corner) I was Immediately impressed by customer service just by her. I was the only one on the car side. There was one worker and she was on the phone. Her name was Kat. She was handling a customer call on the phone and politely put customer on hold so she can greet me and tell me they will be right with me. Another worker named Matt (actually the manager) comes back inside immediately greets me and apologizes for the wait. (I only waited like 2 mins) he pulled up my reservation took my information and it took a whole 5 mins. 2 more customers walk in and they were immediately greeted. And when I say they greeted us. I don’t just mean “Hello, welcome in. ” they went above and beyond and made it a point to say we will be with u as soon as possible. Thank you all so much For waiting etc.
Kat then walked me to inspect the car and finish it up and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service here. I could probably keep going with how satisfied I am. I even went and bragged to my friends and family because I was that impressed. Kat, Matt and Kayla y’all are phenomenal! Thank you for making my day better just by your friendly service.

Ty and Kat were very helpful with getting my family and I the vehicle we need for our trip. I went to their location by accident and they didn’t turn me away but helped me with my reservation that I originally made with another Enterprise location. I was not initially convinced that the vehicle they provided us was not going to get us to our destination safely but they were gracious enough to let us exchanged to a different vehicle without any hassle.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I’m not usually the one to write bad reviews but this place has caused me so much headache and stress. A few months ago I rented a car with them, that was payed for by my car insurance. The only thing that I was supposed to pay out of pocket for was the rental car protection plan, that I only wanted for 3-4 days. When speaking to the employee (can’t remember his name), he assured my boyfriend and I that the plan would only be for 3-4 days and even gave me a receipt with the total amount of $187. He stated that if I wanted to cancel the protection plan before the 3rd-4th day, that I would have to show up to the store in person to do so, but other than that I would only be ensured the days I asked for. When I was done with the rental car (I had it for a little less than a month), I ended up getting 2 different charges from rent-a-car totaling to about $800! When I called, they said it was due to the protection plan that I had gotten for the whole time I had driven the car! I explained to them that I had only asked for 3-4 days on the protection plan, yet they stated that in order for me to have only gotten the plan for 3-4 days I needed to have called to cancel the protection plan. THAT IS NOT WHAT THE EMPLOYEE HAD EXPLAINED TO US. Even after I explained the mistake that the employee had done, the managers refused to reimburse me. A manager named Zach, had acknowledged the mistake the employee had done and stated he would “reimburse me” but never did. When I would call he would only give me a runaround. I ended up disputing the claim with my bank, just to have enterprise deny it and state that the charges were fair? Never again will I or any of my family be going to this company.

The guys at this location are the best. Very accommodating. They were able to schedule a pick up for me last minute. They are all really nice and easy going. Even when I returned the car late due to illness, they were very understanding and empathetic. I will forever use this location for my rental needs. THEY ARE AWESOME!

If I could give-0- stars, it would be far more appropriate. My wife and I have been renting from Enterprise for many years. Today we were in store and a little smirking P O S named Matt said my wife can no longer rent from Enterprise. He said my PHONE number is blocked from renting at any Enterprise. He states from unpaid fees in 2021. I never had a car rental in 2021, when I told him that he’s smirked he’s smirked! Enterprise please fire this twerp he is costing you business I will pick it your business every day until he is gone I will never he is the rudest most uncaring person I’ve ever met ever do business with you every day any day he is there at that location he’s the rudest most uncaring person I’ve ever met

Amazing customer service! Great clean cars no waiting time straight to the point fast response.

All Agents at this location are alway's smiling give them a raise. No hassles here they look for other locations if they don't have car your looking for.

While renting a vehicle from Enterprise my mom suffered a medical emergency. EMS broke a window in order to save her life. The staff was not only compassionate about the whole incident, they went above and beyond. I can't say thank you enough, you guys ROCK!

This location provided Amazing service. I was in and out in a timely manner. I rented a family van for a family trip and I have zero complains. Amazing service guys!

Always a great experience renting a vehicle from Enterprise. Goid rates, goid selection. Fast, efficient & friendly staff. Easy returns too. I reserve online and pick up is a breeze!

They provide me a choice of vehicles, picks me up and allowed me to drop off at the collision center. Excellent customer service.

We had reservation done, when I called to pick up the vehicle they said they had no longer had it this is such a poor service to confirm the vehicle then cancel.

This particular location is the worst. I’ve been there twice and both times the employees were very rude, weren’t helpful at all, and just want you out of their face; especially if your not qualified or even look like your not qualified. They won’t offer advise or any resolutions to a given situation. Horrible experience! Very disappointed. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I had to get a rental car due to my car being in the shop. It was unexpected, however, I walked in and they found me the vehicle I needed for the amount of time I needed. The front desk was professional and made sure to listen to all the questions I had. Turning in the vehicle was just as painless. Thank you for your help!

They do not keep you informed on when the rent vehicle is due back. And then they charge your credit card without letting you know this is unacceptable. The insurance company should have been charged. I received no calls or texts. You need to train your people properly.
