Attentive and professional service from the staff! While you may encounter a lack of vehicles sometimes due to being a small big city, if you reserve you will find the vehicle you're looking for. This is my favorite spot to rent my vehicle rental here in Laredo.

Didn't show up when they were scheduled to. Didn't arrive till 2 hours after their scheduled time claimed they did have the reservation scheduled though I had spoken to them twice before the scheduled time. Didn't have the vehicle class we reserved so down graded us to a vehicle that wouldn't fid our daughters wheelchair. We reserved a vehicle class for a reason. Avoid them

Was referred to this location from the airport because lack of cars. At first they told me they could not honor the rate. But after explaining the situation the Manager agreed to match my reservation. EXCELLENT SERVICE

My insurance went ahead and set me up with this rental company. Twice I made an appointment for pickup, and twice they were late. The first time they missed the pick up appointment, they didn’t even have the professionalism to notify me. Extremely disappointing. I canceled the rental. I rather walk!

We had to finish talking to the oracle. We needed an exit but we couldn't find one. We rented a car and we headed to San Antonio hopefully we find an exit there.

They did not have the vehicle type i requested. It is the second time this happens to me at this location. They said they had called me but did not leave a voice mail to call them back. I had the reservation through my insurance which is Geico. I still got a rental but not what i specified that I wanted. They told me they would call me when they have more vehicles so I can change it to the vehicle type I had requested.

Excellent friendly service.
They saw that the tires had very low tread so they changed my car.

Car was clean. Some employees would take off their masks to speak. Kind of ruins the point of wearing a mask to begin.
