Very Poor service I will never work with enterprise again and I don’t recommend them to anyone!

In what world does it take 45 min to wow down and rinse a car? Terrible customer servings.

Scrapyard may have a better customer experience and service reps. They are not enterprise location by the behavior of it

Best EXPERIENCE best CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a stressful situation and needed a rental car immediately. Jordan greeted me and was helpful everything was fast and simple. Jordan was awesome. Marvin went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He is truly awesome. When I got my rental car he was so kind and considerate he put my sons car seat in the rental car for me. Which was so thoughtful. I came back a day early to return my rental and Marvin was so helpful a true blessing he took my sons carseat out for me and put it in my truck at Dodge. I held back the tears bc that was so caring. People aren't caring anymore its only what I can do for myself. Thank you again Marvin for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate it.

Look out for miles he doesn't treat all the guest right and he will mock you this the one he work for

Coming into Dallas on a busy weekend, nothing available at the airport but customer service did manage to find a location that wasn’t to far off that had a car available. The agent at the location in Lewisville TX on Friday 9 October had his hands full with customers that were upset about the rental car situation. He maintained pose and positive attitude in doing his job.

He honored request for rental service based on when you reserved your vehicle and he did a fantastic job.

Best car rental around. It's a smaller office, but Gerard is the king. I've rented here multiple times and am always pleased when I leave. I recently rented 2 cars at the same time for a family trip and he was incredible. No other agency in the DFW could get me a car, but Gerard came through. Thoroughly impressed.

Terrible customer service. We were told we could rent a sedan from here through insurance and we set up an appointment for 3: 30. We got there at we had to wait for 40 more minutes. We then found out that there were no sedans and they only had 2 SUVs on the lot which were completely trashed inside. They didn't even try to accommodate us. Avoid this place.

Very friendly and professional. If they give you a different class of vehicle, make sure that you're comfortable driving it as my last rental was too large.

Nobody their. Waited a half an hour but nobody came to help. Looked around the lot. Still no one from enterprise. Very weird.

They said they pick up the car I rented but never did. They said they be there around 1pm on Tuesday but never showed. When i called around 1: 30 they said they’ll come between 1: 30 and 6 still didn’t show; then i called before they closed for the day to get them to pick the car up today after 3pm still didn’t show. I’m tired of this run around

Worst car-renting experience. They got me a “nice” car pretty quick, but despite all the signs in the car saying not smoke, my car reeked heavy of smoke. I don’t smoke. It started giving me headaches on even 20 minute commutes. I worry about my infant son who I drive, too. When I try to call, the phones are down, or I’m put on hold forever. I go in person, but there’s never another car to exchange it for. I go to several other locations from Lewisville to Fort Worth, and still nothing.

I'm only giving a star because I had to give one, this is the WORST location ever and this is coming from a PLUS member. I spend money with Enterprise monthly, I'll only ever stick with DFW Airport from this day forward. This completely ruined my trip with no consideration behind it.

Lisa Pyarali is a miracle worker. She made my experience with enterprise the best. She helped me get into the car I needed instead of the car the insurance company tried to make me get. I thank her so much for doing that.

The best rental experience I've ever had. The staff is friendly, professional, and will go the extra mile to accommodate you. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a vehicle
