I would not recommend this place to anyone! They are horrible! My husband brought home a SUV after I requested an economy size car. There was hail damage and I asked my husband if it was noted. Vehicle came with Chicago plates. He said the lady, her name is Daria, and him talked about it and she made him sign the tablet. Nobody gave him any paperwork nor did they email it. A couple days later the oil change light came on. They told me I needed to take it to get serviced. What an inconvenience! When I went to return the car, the man told me I would be responsible for the hail damages. Apparently nothing was noted on their little tablet so now I have to pay for the damages. Daria just so happens to be on vacation and when they got a hold of her, she does not recall anything. When did it hail in Houston? There is a vehicle shortage so as soon as a vehicle comes in they let it go right back out without any service. I saw that happen while I was there. Make sure you take pictures and ask for paperwork cause they will screw you over to save their jobs!

WARNING!

If I could give a rating below 1 star, I would. This location has given the worst experience of my life. As soon as I leave enterprise with my rental, I start to notice many issues with this vehicle. There was a crack in the windshield I notified them about and my tire became flat and there are no sensors on the car to warn you about a flat tire. I had to scroll through the car’s system to figure that out. They never talked to me about a protection plan and I never signed anything. I never received any paperwork regarding my rental. They are forcing me to pay a $250.00 bill for the tire. I recommend no one to go here. The worst experience of my life with no accommodations!

@Enterprise I've confirmed my reservation and I checked in online today before I arrived, then I have been told they don't have any car available. I am sadly was a loyal customer. Hertz is a way much better and reliable company. Guys! Always keep in mind (check in- online) is not always guarantee you will have the car! Meaning don't waste your time.

Thank you so much to all of you for your help. My vehicle was totaled and it was a complete nightmare. The staff and managers here did everything they could for a single mom really going through a tough time. I cannot thank you enough for your generosity and for having a team of genuinely caring people.

I reserved an intermediate car and went to pick it up. A lady named Alicia, at reservation desk, said we don’t have any car but a SUV, costs $10 more a day. I preferred to cancel my reservation.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The car was not disinfected and the agent who dropped the car from the Webster office was very rude. They are NOT being COMPLIANT with COVID-19 Prevention Measures! It costs about $500 to disinfect vehicles with CDC approved chemicals and they are not going to spend that kind of money. The Regional Manager was very unprofessional and did not want to give me good service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! It could cost you your life!

Terrible. Cannot get a live person to answer phone. Suppose to have contacted me, never did, going to suggest to my insurance company that they not use enterprise.

Like many, I received a vehicle that needed maintenance and several branches, including this one would not help me and told me “that everything was fine with my vehicle. ” I had also paid for my rental in cash, a manager confirmed this with my father and I immediately called customer service to tell them about the cash payment. (An employee forgot to get my card information and after a month of having a rental that was needed when I was involved in an accident, they felt the need to make threats to my family and how they were going to have me arrested versus explaining to me that they had made another mistake.) however I am still receiving an invoice that I have not paid. I have reached out to customer service, the billing department AND the REGIONAL VP Matthew Blunk.but I am still being ignored. Just like I was ignored when I was trying to see if I could exchange my rental for one that did not have a maintenance light on.

I was involved in an auto accident and I took my car in for repairs. We were graciously picked up by Enterprise and taken back to the store for a rental. We received a comprable vehicle for the one that I own. After getting the vehicle home there was some issues with it and Enterprise stated that they would gladly exchange the vehicle with another vehicle that was comprable. They ended up bringing me a very base model mini SUV as opposed to the fully loaded Sports sedan that I initially had which was a bit disappointing. They said they didn't have anything else short notice. My insurance covers up to $4000 in rentals.surely you could have upgraded. They charged myself and the insurance for 12 days when I only had the vehicle for 11 days then said i drove the first vehicle 100 miles.when I only drove it to lunch and home. I paid a deposit of $150 for the extra insurance coverage and then I was called back asking to pay another $130? !? I'm confused.if you kept my deposit why are you requesting another $130? I then had to return my personal vehicle to the shop for additional repairs and needed another rental that the shop was supposed to cover 100% due to an issue with the initial repair. Enterprise then requested a $50 deposit on that rental which they kept! I should have paid nothing out of pocket for this! Still haven't seen my money back.

I rented car from bay area blvd Webster Tx many times. Every time the car was in excellent condition and service was very responsive.

Picked up an SUV yesterday and drove off the parking lot only to see the "maintenance flashing lights. " Called service desk to inquire about the flashing message. Was told it's fine, only to be called back a few hours later to bring back vehicle to exchange for a smaller car.
Customer service was appalling! They were lackluster about the fact that I'd been inconvenienced.
Keep so far away from this particular Enterprise.de

Once again Enterprise came through. I needed a rental for a business trip and made the reservation in the morning and picked up the vehicle in the afternoon. My local location was sold out and they were able to locate a vehicle and drove me to the location to pick up. Great service.

This was the most interesting Enterprise I've ever been to! They had games for kids to stay entertained while the parents are taken care of. It always helps being greeted by a smile and that was precisely my experience!

When I picked up my rental the service was outstanding. But today I have been on hold for almost 2 hours - I was hung up on when the young man could not find my rental and I have been charged double for a deposit on my credit card. The recording keeps saying we treat our customers the way they should be treated - that is NOT TRUE! They say they treat you like family - I don't want to be in THAT family!
