Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Mabank TX

Michael Benavidez is the best Enterprise person I have ever done business with. Great customer service skills and made the whole process very quick & easy! I will definitely continue to go to his location in Mabank to handle all my rental needs! Thank you Michael, you ROCK!

After reading the reviews, I almost didn't do business with them. I tried to call but no answer. The lady I work with said she went over there and got a car with no problem. So I went over there. When I walked in, the man was on the phone and the other one was ringing. He was trying to keep up being short handed that day. As soon as he got off the phone, which wasn't about a min or so, he looked my info up, it was already in the system from my insurance. I was surprised. A few minutes later I was walking out the door for him to meet me at the collision center to drop off my vehicle. He was very nice and fast. When I took it back, he gave me a ride to the collision center to pick up my vehicle when it was ready. I am very pleased with their service and I hope I don't ever need a rental car again, but if I do, I will definitely use the Mabank Enterprise.

Three different occasions I have needed a rental car and was not able to use this location. They hardly ever answer the phone, never have a car to rent and never contact me about my reservation. I have had to transfer my reservations on all 3 occasions to different Enterprise locations. BTW Athens Enterprise is WONDERFUL! Even Athens has tried to contact them to have my reservation transferred with no luck so I ended up having my insurance company issue a new reservation for the Athens location. The one star rating is only for the gentleman who answers the phone, he is friendly.

Well it's the only car rental in town that I know of however excellent excellent service you go out of their way to make sure your happy

2 hours before I was supposed to pick our rental up and leave on vacation, I get a call from the center telling me they have to cancel my reservation because they don’t have a car available. He said they had no rental options on their lot. I asked why I’m just learning this and why do they accept a reservation if they can’t provide a car. We were due to leave for vacation the same day. He said that a reservation is not a guarantee they just “scramble around and see if they find one to bring in for the reservation”. Horrible way to do business and ruin a family’s vacation plans. Enterprise at Teague Chevrolet in Mabank I will also be reporting to corporate.

I was pleasantly surprised by both the service received and the vehicle provided at this location. The rental was across the span of the holidays, so I felt it was above-and-beyond that I was able to be placed into a vehicle quite similar to my own (which was in the shop) in a prompt fashion. The entire experience was seamless! The staff at both pickup and drop-off were rather cordial, and were also clear in explanation of terms, fees, etc. The rental ultimately had to be extended for some three weeks, but that wasn’t an issue; everything was handled well and communication most certainly was not lacking in any way. Once all was said and done, I was further surprised (pleasantly!) by a refund on the card which I’d provided. Without even needing to ask, all applicable taxes, fees, and the like were fully refunded based on policy and time of return. All in all, this was frankly one of the simplest, friendliest, most transparent, and outright positive experience I have had with a rental branch from any brand/carrier! Full 5-Stars!
Also— the young lady who seems to be “running the ship” at this location (apologies, but I am not 100% certain of her name so I do not want to misquote it) — she was amazing! I was in/out in under 7 minutes. Top notch!

Dishonest and overcharged me about $200 on a month long rental. Even my insurance adjuster called the representative Brook to find out why they overcharged me to see if she would change it, she simply blew him off. Completely dishonest and difficult to talk to about this problem. She only wants to talk over you and not let you speak. Don’t recommend this business till they get someone else working there.

Made reservsations weeks in adavance called the day of and they didn't have car for us and they didn't care.

Brooke at the Mabank, Texas location (I think that is her name) was very nice and helpful. Also very efficient as she was the only person working.

Brook is a superstar at this location! Rented the Dodge Caravan STX. Great vehicle, was perfectly cleaned and well maintained.

The girl that works there is EXCELLENT! Great customer service EVERYTIME I rent a car here. They need to hire a second or third person. She is a one woman show. She rents cars she cleans them she does it all! I hope the management appreciates her.

The rental car was very nice and the car was ready. They took good care of us. Polite and friendly.
