The staff was very attentive and nice. Ken went all the way to have the rental that I needed. And Brooke was very nice and courteous to process the rental return.

Horrible service I always reserve a Premium model but they always tell you that they have no available vehicles and they always give me the vehicle they want. It is the only location that gives you what they want even when you booked a long time in advance, Last time I asked for a Nissan Maxima or similar and they ended up giving me a horrible SUV, In other branches they give me the vehicle immediately but in this branch they take up to 30 minutes to check everything, sometimes I have been late for work because of them. I am a loyal customer of Enterprise I rent a car every month and this location is the worst of all.

A gracious person by the name of Lorenzo called me up set up an appointment and took care of me. Went outside and check the car well I waited in the office which was nice and cool. I was looking for a tag that was in the key chain that had fallen off and he told me not to worry that it was easier for him just to make another one. I was very pleased by the way he spoke to me and treated me unlike the gentleman that is vacuuming the cars being all the parking lot almost empty told me to move from where I was parked.and told me to park in a different parking space. Ihad I think mistakenly parked it to where he was working. I know he is not in contact with customers but he should have a little bit of customer service if he is talking to customers thank you

I have had a reservation for a week and no one has called to offer me a vehicle said they would call today and haven’t yet. They work with most insurance companies but they don’t have the vehicles to accommodate their customers. Bad rude customer service in other words to bad you were in an accident we work with the insurance but too bad we can’t help you. Bad customer service don’t work with customers at all their time their way or no way.

Great experience! I was given a reliable vehicle with booking a short notice rental. The employees were kind and willing to work with me on possibly extending my rental if needed. I did not have to extend and was able to return the vehicle early. The entire process was quick and easy upon pick-up and drop-off.

I had to spend more on uber because they decided there location did not need a key drop off box

The pick-up went very smoothly. The guy was very friendly, polite and helpful. The drop off was not so great. The guy wasn't very nice, didn't really speak to me at all except when I asked if I could wait for my Uber inside.

This place is just a joked. I made a reservation two days a go but when I showed up the two customers service where just playing games and I was waiting for almost minutes whith no guest at the front desk. I was turn out with no car.

Were able to put me in a decent vehicle. The staff is courteous. Not too many vehicles available. High demand. Overall? Excellent place.

I had a reservation and came to pick up car and they said ithere was no reservation. Then i called and made another reservation and the manager adrian m nahle said they had no cars available.didnt even checked the reservation #.

I would definitely go back to this location. I arrived early at 7: 30am my rental had a bad tire. And the employee that helped me out. Made a quick decision to exchange the vehicle and still gave me a discount for the wait. But he made sure to give me a rental right away.

The customer service here is a joke and the staff is very uninformed and unwilling to assist.

I was following a friend to drop off a car that he rented with then and I noticed a very good and welcoming attitude.
