Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Pleasanton TX

I've rented many cars in my lifetime from Enterprise but this experience was by far the Best! Jacob was awesome he always stayed in contact with me made my experience so pleasant and so easy. GREAT customer service so thank you Jacob for your awesomeness!

This is an amazing small town location. I have had multiple needs that they have accommodated for me this year and my experience has always been great! The staff is friendly and goes above a d beyond. I will definitely be continuing business with this location and highly recommending their service to everyone.

My BMW broke down and I needed something to drive right away I got a great deal with Kris and even came and pick me up from my work and once I was finished she had someone come and pick up my vehicle as a courtesy. I am very disappointed with enterprise. I needed a car last min to go to my uncles funeral. I went online and booked my car. Everything seemed to be going great. I called the location to ask someone to pick me up to dind out they dont have a car for me. Im furious. Not even saying we will find one at different location. Now im going to Miss his funeral ans loat a days pay for taking day off

We have been in rentals for months. It was great to have a rate drop recently. Was sorry our local office is closed as they had the best customer service! We love enterprise no surprises. The only hiccup with most current renewal was being charged an extra $10 because the location changed don't feel they should have done that as it is not because I wanted to go into the city.

Horrible place my friend ask me to follow him there to drop a car off, well they're closed due to co-vid understandable however notify your customers so they can plan for the redirection, no excuses for this lack of consideration.
