Absolutely, and without a doubt worst customer service and non caring corporation not just at store level but seemingly as a company.
Monday at city of accident site insurance sets up vehicle request.
I receive call that car is ready.
I'm an hour away and obviously need uber or taxi so I call just to verify.no vehicle.
Insurance set up car in town I live in which was 5 hours away after I found alternative way home in a uhaul.
Man calls me from pick up location and states car is ready.
Get to location following day at time agreed and no vehicle.
Man says he will call me in a few hours when car is available.no call
Moral of story is don't trust a single word, phone call, or email from these people.
But you can always trust a uhaul.

I would give both individuals a 10+ rating as they exceeded all aspects of providing the best possible service in a very personal and professional manner. I would give zero if I could. They gave us a run around. My daughter got rear ended and needed something to drive. They said they had no cars when they did. I found out if it was the insurance paying then they had no cars, but if I was paying then they had cars.

I was in a car accident 4/21/22 and I had taken my car to Unique Collision and once I dropped it off, I went to Enterprise to pick up my rental. When I got to this location, I was helped by Brandon R.and he really made the whole situation great. He was very quick, efficient and got me a rental car to my liking. Once you’re involved in a car accident, you’re shaken up, irritated with insurance and amongst other things just stressed out. It’s nice to have people there when you need them, that are kind and don’t make your day worse than it already is. Thank you Brandon!

I hage used enterprise a handful of times for different reasons, they are super easy and very friendly! I usually just reserve the rentals online and then show up! It's perfect.

Would give zero stars if we could. We made an appointment to get a rental car and were told it'd be a $50 deposit. We arrived on said appointment day and spoke with Andrew B, everything was going ok, he was getting the card reader ready, then their system wouldn't proceed so another employee (I don't know their name) said they had a number wrong he said he fixed it and it would be $50. He then told Andrew to wait and asked what state license I have and asked to see my ID. I showed him again, he said it would be $200 regardless even if it's from an insurance Reservation. My license was out of state and it's policy to charge more. Then they said the card reader was not working properly, and they wanted $200 cash. I walked out and went to a different facility and they said it was $50 no more and card only. They tried to scam me saying $200 was policy since I was out of state and asked for cash. Do not go there.
