The agency at 6505 West Park Blvd, Plano, Tx 75097 is very, very bad. The agency staff is not friendly at all and they have no empathy with people. I waited over 2 hours for a car that was reserved several weeks ago because they didn't have my car. They didn't have cars. They were nervous calling different agencies looking for my car with no success. After 2 hours suddenly a customer showed up and returned a similar car and that was the car they gave me. That car had over 4000 miles of general maintenance and that's how it was delivered to me. To complete the mess, I rented a car from June 22-30,2023, returned the car and keys through the key box on Friday June 30,2023,6: 15pm because the agency closed at 5 pm and the agency billed me for the whole weekend and also on Monday, 3 more days until July 03,2023. I tried to speak to the manager and he was not there. There was no manager that day. I emailed him and the response was that he was on vacation. I tried to chat with Enterprise and the agent tried to defend the interest of Enterprise, not the interest of the client. In general, people must be very careful when they say "you can leave the keys in the key box", because they could bill you for more days, especially on weekends. They didn't notify me that in advance. The agency and helpdesk people seem to be following a script to defend the interests of Enterprise and that's not fair. I had indicated that I would return the car at 9.30am on July 30,2023 but I returned it at 6.15pm, and I would accept that they charge 1 more day of rent, but not 3. That is an abuse. This is my case. It was a complete disaster from the beginning. I hope 1 star is interpreted as 0 stars.

This place is awesome for rental need. Anthony, the manager, and his crew are very helpful. Anthony went the extra Mile to help getting my rental car Dodge charger, Wrangle Jeep, and the VW Atlis.

Anthony is the best! He deserves huge accolades, he is an asset to Enterprise, and truly cares not only about doing everything the right way, but also he truly goes above and beyond for the guest! Thank you so much Anthony, for making or vacation perfect thanks to you! Anthony went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we needed even from another location- he is so kind, genuine, and truly understands service and quality! Thank you again - The Navigator was perfect for our road trip and we loved it- we will definitely be back!

Don't assume, even with a confirmed reservation weeks out, that you'll get a car. Showed up today to find that they had none available. Now, this was due to bad hail storms we've had recently and I TOTALLY get that. My issue is that, knowing they were struggling to have available cars, NOBODY CALLED ME in advance.

I was merely renting as my company does not like us using personal cars for trip BUT if they'd called I would not have be inconvenienced in ANY way. Instead they don't call, I get dropped off assuming they have a car.and I then waste an hour and a half of my morning having waited for my ride there, spent time with agent, waited to get a ride home.

ALL of my inconvenience could have been avoided. Why didn't they call? Who does that to customers? Their staff had time; it's not like they were busy getting people in cars. POOR SHOW

Mitch the branch manager is the BEST. Mitch found a car for me, even though when I tried booking online at numerous enterprise locations, it said sold out. For that reason I booked with Hertz rental and got a good deal. I called enterprise plano to see if maybe they could find a car and Mitch did, also I was in a bind trying to find someone to take me to get the rental. Mitch allowed me to leave my car in the parking lot. This was a LIFE SAVER for me. He is the best. I will not rent at avis/Hertz anymore! I will continue to rent from enterprise plano thanks to Mitch!

I generally love Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the intersection of Plano Parkway and Midway Rd in Plano, TX, but I have been highly disappointed in recent experiences. In my most recent rental experience, I reserved a specific class (for a specific reason), along with the satellite radio. When I arrived, the Enterprise system "went down" and I was provided a lower class car.and the satellite radio never got turned on. This is the second consecutive time that I have been given a lower class vehicle, and the attendants can only offer, oh, I'm sorry.

The rental was dirty - wet passenger side seat as well as exterior. The car smelled like smoke. No floor mats. I was told by Daniel that unfortunately Toyota doesn’t provide mats. Really? I have owned many Toyotas in my life and have never heard of such. I would have understood him saying unfortunately this rental doesn’t have one.

The worst experience that I’ve ever had with Enterprise.

Amazing customer service! Nicole and Elizabeth were very professional and courteous. I had to rent a car for a week because I had to get some body work done on my own car. I didn't care for my first car that was available for me. I expressed my concern and they gave me a car of my liking the same day. Kudos to Nicole and Elizabeth. I highly recommend this place.

I want to personally tell you how incredible your customer service was during my recent rental from your location at 6505 West Park Blvd in Plano, TX.

I was heading to my only daughter’s wedding in Kerrville, TX and had to deliver three wedding cakes. I needed to rent a large SUV for the trip. I decided to rent from your location due to the very complimentary reviews I read online. I was nervous that I would arrive and the car would not be what I ordered, because I have had that experience from other car rental locations in the past. I checked on the reservation several times via telephone and in person with you, and each time you were professional and reassuring. When I arrived at the location to pick up the SUV, it was there! It was perfect! And you had already lowered the back seats for me to load up the wedding cakes.

You are amazing and your customer service was impeccable. I will forever be a customer and always refer people to your location. You are the BEST!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the stress off of me as I headed off to my daughter’s wedding!

Best service ever. I must say john provided the best service i have ever received at any car rental. He communicated well. He provided excellent service. I think it was Kirk that works with him and he was great to. All i can say is they two guys are the best. They have earned a customer for life. I would drive the extra miles to go to this location.these guys are great. I rented a suburban for a week.after this experience i signed up for a corporate account. Im all in.

Extremely professional and service oriented. Have used them on 2 occasions.one for a short term 2 day rental. One for a longer term open ended.both were great rentals, the cars themselves. However the helpful attitude of the staff was even better. I've never experienced better service than this particular location. Not worth going anywhere else!

I have been renting cars from Enterprise for a few months now & have had great customer service throughout all my rentals. But JOHN MAYS the manager at the West Park Blvd Plano office is top of the line. As I was going through some very personal issues Mr. MAYS was very professional yet sensitive to my issues. We stayed in contact n he received his rental back unharmed. I strongly believe that the Enterprise Corp will continue to progress & profit with John Mays on their team. Thank you Mr. Mays for your time & understanding throughout this ordeal
