Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Abilene TX

Reserved a big vehicle ahead of time but due to some people not being able to make the trip i downgraded to a smaller vehicle with no problems. Vehicles were in great condition and the staff was super helpful! I'll be using them again for sure.

I experienced great customer service at my local Enterprise here in Abilene, Texas. The staff was very friendly and patient as I was having issues with my insurance company over my rental coverage. Everyone was very personable and friendly.

They lied to my wife into buying their insurance. Charged us over 300$. They lied to us and our very dishonest.

I'd give negative stars if possible but they are trying to get all kinds of money out of me due to supposed hail damage, when there wasn't any when I turned the car in. The only reason I even had one of their cars is due to someone else's fault, hitting my car and it going into the shop. Definitely will not ever use them again, especially after this.

I was in a wreck. Within 24 hours of the wreck my car was ready for me. They called me and said we want to put you in something but less money since you only have 1200 on rental. Very nice looking out for people. Have had a great experience. Will be back again. Thank for everything!

Worst experience ever, we reserved a vehicle two weeks in advance for an 8 hour trip and they tell us the day of that they don’t have a vehicle for for us. Clay would not work with us at all he made renting a vehicle the most difficult task in the world. Bottom line we left without a rent a car. I recommend no one ever uses this location. You’d get better service at a flea market then the enterprise on clack street Abilene, Texas.

I’ve already wasted and hour and thirty minutes of my time I don’t see why I’d waste anymore time with this company.

I was In a bad situation and had to move around ASAP at first I was upset but destiny and her crew took very good care of me making my experience delightful. The employee was very helpful and concern on how to get me home. Destiny went above and beyond to get me taking care of and for the reason Iam greatful and I appreciate it. Thanks, for everything. Everyone at the Clack street location was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I appreciated them picking me up and then Lupe’s fast & friendly service in the office. I won’t rent anywhere else.

I will give a 1 star because there is not a negative star option, I have never ran into more chaos in my life! Enterprise could not organize a walk around the block, do not book an automobile IN ADVANCE and expect it to be there! Save yourself the hardship, I finally drove a few blocks over to arrow ford and had a vehicle in 20 minutes!
