We feel that this establishment should have had an appropriate vehicle ready for us based on our insurance rental coverage. They knew well in advance of our reservation and our needs. One employee in particular, Jessica, did do her best to accommodate us by calling other locations. No other location in the area had bigger cars, either. Really? We were forced to settle for a small economy car (way smaller than our coverage allows) and were assured that they would call us when something bigger was available. However, when we were asked to come back just a day after for our registration sticker (which was ridiculous), we were surprised to find a full-sized SUV in the parking lot. When we inquired as to why we weren't contacted about its availability, we were told that it had only been back about an hour and they had been very busy. We feel that we should have been called immediately, especially since they knew we were upset after not getting what we were paying for. We think that they would have made us travel to south Texas that day in the Crackerjack box car we were given if we had not said something about being on the list for that incoming full-sized SUV. All in all, we are not impressed with that Enterprise nor the company as a whole.

My insurance company made a reservation for me for a standard SUV. When I got there all they had were compact SUV, stating they would call me when a standard aize came available. The car they put me in had two bald front tires with several other mechanical issues recorded by the warning messages on the dash. I called back the next day after all these issues were noticed, but they had nothing to change me over to. After a week I called again and was told they had a minivan they could put me in. I told them I would take it. By the time I got there it was gone - they don't hold vehicles for anyone. Ended up in a mi-size sedan, also with the maintenance required light vehicle, but, again, they said it was nothing to worry about. At least the tires have tread on them. Amazing that these people are still in business with the poor quality vehicles and lying to their customers. If you don't have the vehicle don't take the reservation. If you say you'll have a vehicle for me when I get there, be a person of your word and have it there in good condition and roadworthy, ready to go when I get there (ten minutes before i said I would be there).

My experience with this branch and the other branch on the loop is night and day. They will go out of their way to make sure you are treated right at this location. Thanks to Garin for making sure I got what I needed!

These people will lie and make doing business with them just like pulling teeth.its like they fight with you instead of cooperating with you! HOPE TO NEVER HAVE TO USE THEM AGAIN

Due to enterprise closing at 11pm at DFW had to Uber 2 hours to get to Tyler. Next day, my job made a reservation at this enterprise for 5pm. I arrived at 4: 55pm and they told me you had to come in enough time to finish booking the car by 5pm and they had no cars. They couldnt answer my question as to why no one called to tell me this given they accepted my reservation. Poor customer service / communication. Clearly not going above and beyond

The people from interpose are friendly and helpful and if the car your renting has an issue they will replace it and the day getting the new one
