Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Amarillo TX

Jason was very helpful and the staff were very professional in handling my experience at Enterprise. I’m very appreciative of how they handled everything and were understanding about the situation that was made. Thank you so much to Jason and Katie. Was a very good experience!

In the last year we have rented twice from this Enterprise. Both experiences were fairly good overall (4 star), but there are so many little things you must be sure to watch for and check or it will cost you - sometime a little but potentially a lot. For instance, on the first occasion, they said the gas tank was full and I didn't check. But the next day when I looked at the gas level and knew how much (little) I had driven, I knew there was no way it was full. But did I have to make sure it was full when I returned it. You bet I did! On the second rental, after I had returned the car, I was later charged a fee for driving on a toll road in Colorado. But the car NEVER left Amarillo! When I called them about this, they said they would look into it, but I've never heard from them since. Fortunately it was not a large fee, but it could have been. So, just beware of all the little things that can potentially come back to cost you.

Short staffed and had to wait longer than we should have, but otherwise the experience was good. Got a nice car while our truck is in the shop for repairs.

The Enterprise on 26th St has the best customer service. I have never felt less than a VIP. Every car I’ve rented has been in excellent condition. They definitely go above and beyond!
