Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Lufkin TX

I had a great experience with Enterprise and Alliaya in Lufkin Tx. My rental broke down and I had to get towed while I was traveling. Although things did not go as planned all locations the their best to assist me and I will be happy to come back when needed.

Spent 20 minutes trying to speak to someone, finally got someone to answer at the lufkin branch and they quickly put me back into the system national call center, they booked a reservation that I was not ready to confirm and then tried putting me through to the local branch who obviously just took their phone off the hooks because it could never get back in touch with a human being again for the next 15 minutes. After it rings for 1 minute it just automatically hangs up on you.
Extremely poor customer service.

Went online this morning to reserve a car for the next day for a one way trip to San Antonio. Went through all the steps online and got a CONFIRMATION number.
Good.right? NO, just thought so. Get a call around 7 pm saying LUFKIN does nor HAVE ENOUGH CARS for one way trip and there are others AHEAD OF ME.
SO WHY DID I GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER?
called enterprise after hours number.
Talked to a nice guy that said NACOGDOCHES had car.
So he hooked us up with one there.
Looks like NACOGDOCHES will get a FIVE STAR rating instead of LUFKIN

If you're doing a corporate rental make sure that they put all drivers down and that you put it under the corporate name not just you because Enterprise don't care if the vehicle gets run off with or not or stolen by the one of your employees or drivers even after police report they still come after you for the money and ruin your credit to rent a car here and corporate is nonexistent they don't know what they're doing

Every time I've gone to Enterprise in Lufkin to rent a vehicle I always get phenomenal service when picking up and dropping off. They always explain every detail and what I'm signing thoroughly, and ask if I have any questions. I can not remember the young ladies names that have helped me previously which I'm very sorry about, but the young man Dalton who helped me with my return was amazing and quick. Will I be using them in the future. YES.will I tell everyone I know to rent from them. YES.amazing service always no issues. Thank you Enterprise in Lufkin Tx.

Would not let me split my payment on 2 cards I needed to put up a 300 dollar deposit, I didn't have in the account so I wanted to put on a different account. They wouldn't allow so they cancel my reservation.

They are very helpful … and it’s a very busy place.and they are always polite and patient.very friendly environment

Everyone doesn't have a major credit card. Debit cards and cash is not excepted. They don't have enough cars half the time and they make sure they give u as little as possible in the gas tank

Jordan was very helpful. My rental was ready & very clean. I appreciated them letting me come in before my appointed time.

My experience with Enterprise for the first time was amazing. Kayleigh Riutta was so helpful and friendly and the vehicle she picked out for me was so nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is in need of a vehicle.

This location is always great! The only bad is the poor girl working there is always by herself on Saturday and she is running like crazy. She is still super nice and professional though.

Reserved a truck on the 26th of April it the 8th of May I'm here to pick it up an the don't have any. Other people have walked in whi L e I'm waiting. Being told they have no available vehicles. I usually go to the one in bea umont tx they always have a vehicle.

I don't recommend Enterprise in Lufkin to anyone. If I could give less than a one star rating I totally would. It's like the staff doesn't communicate with each other. My family and I arranged our trip nine days in advance. My father and I have seen two different people who said two totally different thing's. Communication is key and they definitely don't have it. And, for the record when I say them, I'm only speaking about the people my father and I spoke with. Don't get me wrong, I understand being busy and following the companies policies. I'm not the type of "customer " thinks that the customer is always right. " However, my personal experience with Lufkin's enterprise was not good at all, you've been warned.

This only concerned Enterprise in Lufkin, TX. Yesterday, I was in a wreck. Not hurt considering being hit by an 18 wheeler. Policemen, people who ran out to help, Mr. White, the wrecker, S&E Auto and Body.all wonderful Can't say enough. Called Enterprise on S. Medford. They picked me up. Although I have several huge, heavy stuff to carry, he sat there and offered no help. Said it wasn't his job. Took me to Enterprise and also didn't help me unload stuff. By the way, I'm strong, but 75 and, needless to say, very upset and really shook up. I had my Insurance card, but said I would have to pay full price until they heard from them. The cost was close 400.00. I handed them my debit) credit card (does both). She said they couldn't take a card with debit on it. I had 160.00 to my name. Didn't know anyone to call. Yes, I was getting upset. Something tells me she could have helped me out by calling someone who could help. Then she said I needed to leave because I had been rude and she was going to call police. In the meantime, I called Mr. White, the wrecker. He knew policemen. They came. One said he would take me home if he weren't on duty. I, by that time was sitting on sidewalk in cold in the dark. Mr. White pulled in about the same time. He offered, without hesitation, to drive me home. 45 - 50 min.away. God bless him he did and didn't want to take any money. I insisted. There are are still very good, giving people in our World and there those who can't empathize, sympathize, and just aren't. I wish I would have thought to ask the young woman and two young men. "What if I were your Mother or Grandmother and they were in my situation". But even that probably mattered. Thank you God for all the good, thoughtful, giving people in our World

Highly recommend this location. Very friendly, very persistent, and very accommodating. Gave direct speaking points and made my first rental transaction such a breeze. Aliyah was simply amazing to work with, and X. Moreno was also very kind.
