Enterprise in Nacogdoches had a car my son could take on a one way trip to San Antonio.
We reserved a car that should have been about the size of a Toyota Corolla.what he got was a Chevy Spark.just about a foot or two bigger than those ridiculous smart cars you see around.it was freaking TINY.not worth the price we paid.a car that size should be 1/2 the price! Lol. It's fuel tank holds 8 gallons.
At least it's cheap to fill up!
All in all they provided a good service!

We went online to reserve a car in Lufkin since that's where we live. Reserved a car, got a confirmation number, thought we were good to go. Later on that evening we get a call saying there are no cars available in Lufkin? What?
Called Nacogdoches immediately after the car because my son needed to be in San Antonio the following day.
Nacogdoches HOOKED US UP!

I can only speak to picking up my vehicle today, but the service was fast, friendly and professional. I called ahead and let them know what I needed and they had it all ready to go when I arrived. Pleased with the vehicle so far!

Insurance is paying for my rental I was told to be at enterprise by 11 today to pick up my car. I get there only to be told that they don’t have anything available. Why tell me to come at 11 my vehicle will be ready for pickup and it’s not. I was told that I would get a call when a vehicle is available. This is not the first time I’ve had trouble with this enterprise. They are liars and are believers of wasting peoples time. If you are thinking about renting a car here DONT Save yourself the time and agony of dealing with this branch of enterprise. They do not care about their customers and it’s bad for business. The customer is what makes your business function. I have called the corporate headquarters on this branch and complained several times and will continue to call and complain because it’s ridiculous

Based on other reviews and what I witnessed, they should up their inventory. I was a walk in to get a car, so expected to wait a little while. But many phone calls were made to customers with reservations alerting them that their reservations would be late as they were waiting for cars to be returned. They did fill their customers needs and even got me into a car, but based on other reviews and what I saw that day, a bigger inventory would help them out.

You get there, pick the car you want, get it priced, and then they bait and switch you and try to blackmail you into all these coverages and fees that you “have to pay, ” and instead of paying $60/day for a rental you’re paying $200/day for a rental. I don’t know how this isn’t illegal. Absolutely sick how they try to take advantage of people. Canceled my rental and left.

My rental went as easy as possible. Reserved online and when I went in to get it was in and out in less than five minutes. The SUV was new had only 1700 miles on it very nice. When returned it was just as easy and quick. Love this place

My mother made an appointment here to pick up a truck today. Apparently reservations don't mean anything here. Gets there at noon to be told the truck isn't there and won't be till 3: 30. She made plans to move some things and today was the only day it could get done. Because of the distance and scheduling.the 3 1/2 hours she would have had to wait on the truck caused everything to get canceled because these people don't care about anybody else's time. Do not waste your time/money here.

Terrible experience. I made a reservation a Tuesday for the next day at 1pm. At 12: 15 pm on Wednesday they called me saying their vehicles were being serviced on and that they had nothing available. That's what a reservation is for. For you to reserve a car for me and not tell me 45 mins before that you don't have anything available. I guess with the Nacogdoches branch you're just taking a shot in the dark hoping you get something.

I Just want to thank and acknowledge Hayden Curl, we had stopped to pump gas in a rental car before returning it, the lady at convenient store was rude and had a bad attitude, I left saying to myself "Some people have no business working in customer service" to be honest that experience had upset me. But once we arrived at Enterprise, Hayden Curl, was there to assist us w/awesome smile and very professional, In fact he was busy with another customer and excused himself and started multitasking & took great care of both of us. Plus I have been at this business several times and he was always remembers me! And seeing so many customers I'm sure that can be difficult! ALSO SHOUT TO MELVIN CROSS HE IS A HARD WORKER AT THIS LOCATION, he always has vehicles Shining, clean & smelling great! Left This location sayng to myself "There's still great people out there, that love their jobs and do it whole heartedly!

I was told that my card couldn't be used to complete the rental, but it is the same card I have been using for rentals for years. Once I got attitude my card was used. Why is a customer made to go to that point?

I rented a car in Boston logan airport going to maine.i have never been in this place before Henry and Jared were the face of the company helping me to get around and it was a refreshing experience to have such a help in a strange place.thanks

Would never use any other rental service. My only suggestion to improve service would be for coorperate to rewrite policies to assure that reservations are assured and not reliant on outside forces. If I reserve a car over a week in advance, I should not receive a phone call the day before telling me they are out of cars. They should hold cars for pickup for the following morning for those with confirmed reservations for that time.
