Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Orange TX

I rented a car last week and got great customer service! Thank you Jonathan, Kelly, & Bradley!

Inconveniently got in an accident recently and had to find a rental in a market that's very short on cars. Kelli has gone above and beyond to insure I had a vehicle and was accommodated according to my insurance needs. I really appreciate her help, she has made this frustrating experience a little less stressful. I can't speak on the whole staff but as a manager for this location, she deserves all the glory! Again, thank you! GOOD customer service is hard to find and she goes above and beyond for her customers.

I purposely drive further to this location because of the great service compared to other Enterprise's in the area. Everyone is so friendly, Kelli has been the one to help me each time and is she is amazing! Thank you for the consistently wonderful experience.

Scheduling issues appear to be apparent with the Orange, TX store. Reservation was made by Geico on 07/09/2023. I was called 07/10/2023 and told by ******* they did not have a vehicle ready for my reservation but would have one available after 3: 30pm on 07/11/2023. I called at 4: 00pm that day because I never received a call for pickup and was told my reservation was for 12: 00pm and being I did not show they will have to reschedule me for another vehicle as they do not have any ready at this time. Only call I've received from Enterprise was the initial one on 07/10/2023. Poorly ran location.

Excellent service, polite knowledgeable person in Miss Kelli. Highly recommend Enterprise if looking for a rental vehicle!

I usually pick up my rentals in my city, but the app directed me to their Orange, TX location. I was helped by Bradley. Very efficient process and he was very thorough. I returned the vehicle a couple of days later and had a good experience. Will definitely use this location moving forward.

Poor Service stood in line for 15 minutes walked out. No one even greeted me or said hello.

Was told they wouldn't have any cars available until after the weekend. It would have been nice if the website reflects this.

Decided last min to get a rental, Brad went way out of the way to get us one for the next day when i called to confirm he had one the same day ready for us. Amazing customer service barely made it before 5pm but we did he was also cleaning another car when we arrived. No one else there to help Brad. Thanks so much I give him 10 stars
