Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Texas City TX

I was involved in an accident and the other person's insurance was paying for rental. Hunter was very helpful and kind and took time to explain the car to me. I will definitely use them again if I need a rental.

The staff is friendly and helpful.they have always addressed my concerns if I have any. Easy pick up and drop off most times. Sometimes I have had to wait a bit for my vehicle to be ready at the reserved time, but overall great servcie and friendly staff.

My insurance company sent me to make a reservation with Ms. Ashley Martin. Ashley was such a wonderful and pleasant person to deal with. Ashley was professional and so polite. Ashley got right on my reservation and had everything prepared with my vehicle ready when I arrived. She gave me the choice to pick a vehicle so I chose one she had ready to go. I have to credit her with one of my best rental car company experiences. I left there excited that it went so well. She had me on the road quick and I would recommend her and Enterprise to all. I will definitely use this Enterprise for all my rental car needs and again I highly recommend Enterprise to all.

Enterprise rent-a-car in Texas City is wonderful! I had a last-minute reservation. They accommodated me and any issues that occurred. They handled it immediately to get me safely on the road. Definitely will be going back.

Dylan really went above and beyond. After making 2 reservations thru Priceline at Avis in La Marque (they were out of vehicles both times), we made one for Enterprise here for first thing this morning (6/22). Although Dylan said he had some cars coming back later today, he didn't see any available right away.my wife and I were seriously hard pressed and needed a car to get her birth cert in Austin, before our $5k cruise took off without her. Dylan managed to juggle around a few things in his computer and holy cow, I cannot tell you what a relief and weight off our shoulders it was to get on the road! THANK YOU DYLAN you're a life saver for real.

REVISION: The return was better. Communication and customer service was better. The young lady asked and listen to my concerns. Which is the main reason why I'm updating this review. Kudos to this young lady.

This location needs a complete overhaul! From the person who runs it, their employees, the customer service they provide and their inventory. When the vehicle you are renting is just as run down as your own personal vehicle then why should I use Enterprise. Then they have the audacity to charge $21 for bumper to bumper coverage because they are so concerned about the customer not coming out of pocket for anything. No, it gives them an excuse to place you in a run down vehicle and delay maintenance. Y'all need to take notes from Galveston Enterprise off Broadway. Excellent service

Took multiple times to have the car ready and no customer service once we went to pick up vehicle. Agent needs to work on customer service.
