Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Spring TX

Enterprise in Woodlands, TX provided wonderful customer service and a great automobile. I used to go to Hertz in Woodlands, TX but no more. I would highly recommend Enterprise no matter where you are renting from. Top notch service, friendly, and hassle free every time.

Enterprise car rental has been a heaven sent. 6 months ago I was involved in an accident which was not my fault but person who caused the accident was very cooperative and sent me to enterprise which there I met the Amazing miss stephanie the manager who worked with me and managed the account with compassion and excellent customer service. I was sad to take car back I felt like I was saying goodbye to my family. Thank you miss stephanie for being the best part of enterprise car rental Sincerly Denise Smith and Family

The gentleman who helped me upon rental was not very helpful. Didn't explain anything. When returning the vehicle the Lady was very friendly. We left two items in the car. They do post in several places to make sure you check vehicle for belongings before returning, so was my fault, but, When I called to see if found items was told by one person car was already rented out again, let me check lost and found. Then another person comes on and says car was sent to shop, will check when it comes back tomorrow and call to let you know. Never got a call and when I called back no one knew what I was talking about. Probably won't rent from them again.

This was by far the best car rental experience that I have ever had.
My car was in for repairs and when the repairs were not completed on time I had to extend my rental.
Not only was it easy, they were friendly and very accommodating
They brought the rental to me and I was able to leave the car at the body shop where they later picked it up later.
I’d give more than 5 stars if I could

First time using enterprise and I loved it! I had a last minute trip and booked my vehicle online, showed up the next day and they had everything ready for me. Super easy and quick. Alexis & the rest of the staff was great as well.

The young lady, Chloe, was so helpful in explaining the extra coverages and helped me feel welcomed into my car rental experience. I went in worried and left know that Enterprise cares about me, an individual customer.

No cars available. Not happy. Why accept reservations if you can't provide a vehicle.

Fast and great service. If they don't show rentals available online, call the store. They will pickup once you figure out how to get through the robot and are very helpful.

Had a reservation at 1pm. Called and told them I was going to be a little late due to dropping off the car at a collision center. They said they would hold the car for me. When I called back at 2: 30pm to let them know my wife was going to be headed that way to get the car they told me they had no cars available and that they didn't hold my reservation. The employee I spoke to at this specific branch lied to the manager and told them I had not spoken to them and I was informed that I would not be able to get a car for another 6 days. Extremely disappointing experience with no resolution.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car did an excellent job helping me with the rental of a car for a few weeks while my car was in the collision shop. Everyone I dealt with there was very professional and they went the extra mile to make my rental a pleasant experience. Excellent, fast, and got an upgraded vehicle. Christian is definitely my go to when I travel and want to leave my car in the garage. Awesome job all the way around!
