Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Fredericksburg TX

Staff was courteous but I had reserved a full size and the car was a level down. They gave an $8 a day discount. My paperwork said the car would be full of fuel and to return full. The car had half a tank so I had to wait for them to take it and fill it up at a local station. The rest of the trip was adequate.

The employees both here and at the Kerrville location were all very helpful and friendly! The car was clean and nice to have while mine was getting worked on and the pick-up/drop-off couldn’t have been easier, even was able to trade the initial rental for another because the first wasn’t quite a good fit; incredible all the way around!

They need more employees to operate the office. The GM did a great job trying to help 4 waiting customers. I give him credit for a positive attitude and maintaining professionalism under a stressful situation.

This car rental company is the absolute worst! They have repeatedly failed to honor my reservation for a car, and the one person who works here is always late and dismissive of customer complaints. To make matters worse, they routinely overbook their vehicles, which means that they don’t have enough cars for everyone who has made a reservation. It’s like they don’t care about their customers at all! I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about my terrible experience. If you’re looking for a reliable car rental company, look elsewhere!

Difficult service. No one there will answer phone even in the limited business hours they have.

Mr. Gokmen Tireng was so helpful and very patience with me and my family. On the occasions we had him as our assistant we left in a very pleasant way. He is an amazing worker who deserves more than 5 stars for how he treats everyone who has him as their helper. Thanks to him we will be back and use enterprise in Fredericksburg Tx.

Many other companies offer a lot but never delivers, here, they meet your expectation.
