The only negative is that this place is REALLY hard to find because there isn't a big sign for their name. They are next to a collision place and there is never ANY parking, so people park behind other cars blocking them in and it's a nightmare.

The service was good by the front desk associate. Anytime I've rented a car there was always some extra fees you need to rent a car or you had to have a credit card and not a debit card. It's just too much of an hassle.
Also the availability of a full size car if your full size car Is having repairs done to it then you should be given a full size car not the smallest car on the lot. Not everyone is 5ft 8 in this world. I never would give reviews to this company but this is my 5th time using them and the service still hasn't improved over the psst 10yrs.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Enterprise Rental Cars in Mansfield, and I must say that it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. My car was hit on October 5th, the liable party reserved an Enterprise car for me at their Mansfield location for 11/7/2023 (email reservation,) and they assured me that my vehicle was ready to go. However, what followed was a series of frustrating events that left me without a rental car for two days while my own vehicle was in the shop.

To begin with, I arrived at the Mansfield Enterprise, Tuesday morning only to be informed that my rental had been transferred to their Fort Worth branch without my knowledge or consent. They failed to inform me of this change, and I was left puzzled and stranded.

Worse yet, when I questioned their decision and the inconvenience it had caused, the staff at Enterprise chose to imply that I was being dishonest about my reservation. (I have the email reservation) It's disheartening when a company you're supposed to trust implies that you're a liar, especially when they were the ones who mishandled the situation.

To add insult to injury, Enterprise claimed that they had tried to contact me about the transfer and left voicemails. But here's the kicker: they asserted that my voicemail was full. I can confirm that my voicemail was not full (received a voicemail from my insurance agent 11/6/2023, Enterprise said they called me 11/4/2023), and I never received a single call or voicemail from Enterprise regarding this issue. Their attempt to shift the blame onto me for their incompetence was infuriating.

As a result of this entire ordeal, I was without a rental car for two days, which caused significant inconveniences and disruptions in my daily life. I trusted Enterprise to provide me with a straightforward and hassle-free car rental service, but they fell far short of that expectation.

In summary, my experience with Enterprise Rental Cars was a nightmare of poor communication, unprofessionalism, and an utter lack of customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting a car from Enterprise to think twice and explore other options, as my experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

Absolutely terrible place to rent a car. They will lie to you and attempt to give you a lower trim car for a higher price. This was proven when a friend and I happened to have rentals on the same day and I was told what I received was the best trim level they have available just to watch, 30 minutes later, my friend pull out in a top of the line trim level suv when the replacement was listed as the same level and price. I was given a 1500 Ram that looked like a pot smoking landscaping crew had rented it for a month. The back seat smelled like pot and had burns in the seat obviously from a joint. Christmas tree smellies hanging everywhere 3 in total to cover the smokey pot smell. They then replaced it, after I complained to another area's manager at the store down the road, with a small base model pickup when I was supposed to have a premium trim mid-large sized SUV. ABSOLUTLEY do NOT use them. Use another company and ask them to deliver or pick up. They will deliver and pickup from this location. If there is one thing I cannot stand it is being lied to as a customer. Even contacted the area manager from the neighboring manager to fix the problem, and he contacted the area manager for this location who did nothing to make this right. Premium prices were paid and garbage vehicles were given. So disappointed and disgusted at the service and deception. Was also told I would get a call 24 hours later to swap when they had something better, and that never happened. Another lie. Nothing offered to make it right and nothing done to change my experience. Manager of this store never bothered to meet or fix anything. Just hiding behind the title-less front desk clerk Clifford, giving the same excuses which was "This is all we have. ". Pictures could have been posted extensively to demonstrate, but the ones posted were all I care to spend time to post.

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would! Emily at enterprise is the best I had nothing in order when I arrived at enterprise but she went out of her way to help me I recommend her if you’re looking to rent a vehicle for any reason. I will definitely be back!

Miguel is the worst representation of any company I've been waiting for forever for him to get back to me and he's been treating me like I am nothing. They rented me a car that was not registered I was approached by the police guns drawn they thought the car was stolen could have been killed and they still have not responded I believe now it's time to press Charges. What y'all think?

5/5 means the staff (Cliff Lopez) treated the client right.
The car was ready to go when I got there.
(!) make sure you did your reservation paperwork through your insurance first.

3/5 for cleanliness of vehicle. I ran it through the car wash as soon as I got it

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Crooked company that harasses you with phone calls because they would rather not do their job. Ethan has terrible customer service, very unprofessional and does not care to do his job. The rental car I got from them was not even clean, it hot dog hair all over it, build up of dust everywhere, the tank was on empty and it smelled like SMOKE. They don't clean their cars. Enterprise is the worst company to rent a car with. Unfortunately, its not just this location. I had such a bad experience with another enterprise location as well BUT I must say the customer service and lack of communication here from Ethan is RIDICULOUS. Fraudulent company that will charge a card you didn't even have on file with extra charges. I will never use Enterprise again.

What a terrible company. I'd give them zero stars if it would let me. I'd make sure you go over your agreement in thorough detail. Because they will just try to skim over it then hit you with charges later and say well you signed it. So that's my bad for assuming they wouldn't screw me over. And good luck getting ahold of them. 4 separate occasions I waited for 30 minutes just to finally give up. I had to call the national customer service line which didn't do anything to help. All in all I will never use enterprise again.
