Called for service. The older lady was very unpleasant. I still set up for service as it was an emergency and I have 18 apartments without cool a/c. The took the appointment and she said they would call me.that was early. At the end of the day I called to follow up and was left on hold then told they would call me back. Never happened. I called the next day to follow up and was told they would call me back. I tried once more towards the end of the day and was told "we're too busy so no we're not going"! After having me waiting for two days. Would not recommend
