Envision Imaging at Pennsylvania reviews
7The facility is run very efficiently. I've been there 3 times, and appointments are on time. Staff call immediately to schedule and appointment once the referral is received from the doctor. I would definitely recommend Envision Imaging.
The staff who work at Envision were very kind and the check-up was very fast and respectful.
The staff were awesome and my CT Scans which great. I’ll refer Envision Imaging to my friends and any one.
Front staff and CT staff terrific! My issue is with person reading CTA results. Twice my doctor received reports that blockage was a lot worse than it actually was. My family and I suffered lots of anxiety through 2 heart catheterizations to be told the blockage was only 30%. Your radiologist needs more training so the doctors can receive accurate information and treat patients more accurately.
The front staff was awesome and friendly. The technologist for the bone density was polite, kind, and respectful. However, the technologist for the mammogram was the opposite. At one point, she shoved my breast back towards me. This startled me and hurt me. I winced. She then stepped back and said, “Ok, what’s going on here. ” I replied, “That hurt. ” She didn’t reply anything at all, or apologize, or acknowledge my discomfort and pain. I felt awful and embarrassed to have been treated this way. I’m going on 63. I like and I try to live a life of having common courtesy and of being kind especially when I’m in a position to help and be of service to someone else.
I had a wonderful experience at Envision. Mark, my CT tech was marvelous.there was no pain. I'm a hard stick because my veins are so tiny & move a lot, but Mark found a vein & did one stick for the IV. I had a painless experience today. I can't remember the last time I actually had no pain while an IV was being inserted.he's great! He's patient with seniors!
